Very hospitable and cosy place. Great views with walking distance to main attractions. Delicious breakfast. They even prepared a basket full of food for us because we left early and had to miss breakfast. We will be back. Loved this place.

We are a family of 5. This was perfect. Staff very friendly. Breakfast traditional bavarian foods, but so many kinds of jams and pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. Wonderful breakfast! Rooms very clean. Small though but that was fine. View of castle from balcony wonderful.

Awesome experience! Everyone was very helpful. Rooms are clean, small, but a true traditional Bavarian style. The lady at the reception gave us a discount card which can be used for local attractions, bus, etc. Free parking is just a few steps away. In addition, we received cards for two complementary drinks at the restaurant on the main floor. Food there is absolutely great and decently priced. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of food. It was nice of the hotel staff to reserve a table for us. Location was great, especially if you are spending a day visiting Neushwanstein and the local town of Fussen.

Lovely place to stay. The rooms are indeed a bit dated but because of the welcoming service I received I give it 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, ability to buy skip the line tickets for Neuschwanstein and limited parking available.

Very nice place to stay, we were there one night, and had to leave before breakfast opened, but the host was very helpful in opening s bit earlier. No problem with communications in English :)

Perfect location, you can walk to the lake (15 min walk), take the bus to the castles or to Füssen (right around the corner) or just cross the street in the evening to go to the local Biergarten. The staff is very friendly, and there is a room full with toys, your children will love it. Just take note of the reception hours, because you will not be able to reach the staff 24/7. The food is also pretty good, so breakfast buffet? Go for it.

Great staff and very comfortable room. Watch your head in doorways if your near or over 6' tall. Left Schwangau with great memories and a small bump on my head :) Check out their selection of souvenirs in the lobby. Smaller selection but definitely better prices than up on the mountain.

Lovely view from room. Comfortable rooms, clean and large. Great for evening strolls and taking in the scenery.

Stayed for two nights in April. Very clean rooms with tea and coffee. Food was very nice. 5 minutes drive to castles. Nice and quiet place to stay. Church in the meadow a must see

They were incredible. The place is adorable, they spoke English well, the cows next door were fun to watch, the castle view was perfect... Loved everything about it.

Country Bavarian style place. Very cozy and feels like family. If you don't mind that there's a cow barn next door, you will love the experience

Fantastic , stayed here in July lovely friendly staff , nice comfortable room spotlessly clean and food to die for . We won't hesitate to stop here again it was excellent
