Burgermeister Potsdamer

I enjoy stopping by this place for a snack whenever I am in the neighborhood and feeling hungry. They have excellent fries with a variety of side options. I personally prefer fries with cheddar cheese. While the restaurant also offers burgers and drinks, I can’t vouch for those since I am not a fan of their burgers—no offense, just a personal preference. I highly recommend the fries, though. Most importantly, while it’s a chain with great food quality throughout Berlin, I am particularly fond of the Potsdamer Platz location for its atmosphere.

Excellent burger. Have eaten there two times now, both times the same cheese chili burger with extra cheese and jalapenos. Just loving it and will eat there again The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The place itself is small And crowded, but takeaway is always an option. Prepare to wait.

Really impressed. Visiting from the US, which many consider as the land of good burger, I was skeptical at first. But I thought I should give it a try. Fantastic!! Burger is very juicy and well seasoned. Full of flavor. The mix with onions/ veggies and sauces is just spot on. Fries are crispy from the outside and soft in the inside, just perfect. Highly recommend!

Excellent burgers, more Five Guys than McDonalds - expensive but worth the price. There are several different iterations of the burger and three different kind of fries. Soft drinks are served in a glass bottle. Ordering and collection was fuss-free and large groups were served quickly too. Would definitely visit again. If you have a Burgermeister for lunch, you won't need much for dinner

Simple and clean fast food for good burgers and fries. Burgers are well seasoned and tasty, while the fries are warm and crunchy. Prices are pretty good too! The veggie burger option (the waldmeister) was really tasty too.
The place is well kept, clean and great for a quick bite - specially after the movies since it's nearby a cinema! No table service. There are toilets down the stairs, but also an accessible ♿ stall directly accessible on the main floor!

I like my burgers sauceyyyyyy and this cheese burger had little sauce but was good enough! I always appreciate raw onions ;)

Very good Burger! Good quality, hood taste. You have to wait a bit for your burger, but its definitely worth the wait. All burgers are freshly handmade when ordered. Nice fries, too (go for bacon & cheese topping with onions!).

Great burgers, crispy and delicious fries. This is one of my favorite burger places in Germany. This specific location at Potsdamer Platz has great seating and is well located. If you are visiting Germany, skip five guys and try this place out. Their shakes are also really good, too!

This burger was seriously the best one I’ve had in my life.

A shame they are right now only in Berlin and I live on the wrong side of the border 🙁

We ate Fleischermeister burgers from Burgermeister while in Berlin for the 2023 Berlin Marathon. They were delicious! The Fleischermeister comes with two ground beef patties, grilled onions, and double cheese. The beef is high quality and it is cooked with a slight peppery finish and a bit of a crusty exterior. We ordered fries along with our burgers and they, too, were great. They had a satisfying fluffy potato interior and a delicate crunchy exterior. We also ordered some cookies with our meal. Burgermeister has two varieties: blueberry cheesecake and double chocolate peanut chip. They claim that they are "fresh every morning from our own Berlin bakery." It's that focus on freshness and quality that puts Burgermeister above the others.

Cheeseburger was excellent. We tried the meltes cheddar sauce with fries and it was delicious. Both the staff and the atmosphere were calm and comfortable.

Standard Burgermeister food and service. I've never had a bad burger here. Service is very good.

Visited in May 2023 whilst staying at the nearby Scandic hotel.
It was busy but the welcome was great, friendly and efficient staff.
Good burger menu, had the cheeseburger with fries, absolutely delicious, a real cut above your average burger joint.
We noticed as we went round the city they have other branches too.
The beer was first class too!

Small and crowded restaurant. Meister alter klassen burger is perfect. Their beer is also good. You may stand up for a while awaiting for a table.

Fast service and friendly staffs. Located in fron of the BD building, it has got a big and numerous customers visiting. The menu is various and so many selections to choose depending on your taste. They have got a vegan options too. They showed menu everywhere so it’s easy to see and check. There are inside and outside spaces for you to enjoy and both of them are quite comfortable.

Went there for dinner. The burgers were very good. We had beef burgers as we don't have pork. The fries were also 👌 Infact my husband had them for dinner the next night as well.

The food is very good! I honestly wouldn‘t think that this burger is vegeterian if I didn‘t order it myself. It would be nice to also have vegan options as this burger has cheese in it. Other than that I didn‘t have to wait that long and the service was great!

THE BEST HAMBURGER I EVER HAD.
Really incredible, the patties were juicy, the bun was very soft and the pepper and sauces mixed very well.
Also the dessert, the blueberry cheesecake was amazing, very very good!

Literally the best burger and fries I have ever had, and my son agrees! Go for the Meister Burger and the cheesy fries - you won't regret it. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the lady whacking the bell to announce that the orders were ready!

Awesome burgers, good location, lovely fries and fast service. Everyone loved the taste and we voted this place as the best place we have ever eaten in Berlin.
