I called these guys after my washing machine stopped working mid-cycle, and they sent someone over the next day. I was a little worried because I don't speak German, but the person on the phone spoke excellent English and I was able to communicate (albeit limitedly) with the technician. They were efficient and good. I would say I'd go to these guys again but I'm really hoping my machine won't break down again.

Leider war, ärgerlicherweise, meine gerade mal 2 Jahre (Garantie gerade abgelaufen) alte Waschmaschine defekt. Mir wurde bei Weissbär umgehend geholfen. Leider war nichts zu machen mit der Maschine, dafür bin ich im Laden vor Ort fündig geworden mit einer 'neuen' gebrauchten Waschmaschine mit 1 Garantie. Alte, robuste Waschmaschinen sind am Ende doch besser als die neuen schicken. Bei Weissbär war ich rundum sehr zufrieden!

Ich bin mit der Reparatur (Stoßdämpfer Trommel kaputt) sehr zufrieden. Die Kontaktaufnahme war freundlich und mir wurde ein schneller Termin angeboten. Die Ersatzteile wurden gleich mitgebracht, sodass die Reperatur vor Ort schnell durchgeführt werden konnte. Außerdem erhielt ich noch mehrere sinnvolle Tipps, wie ich die Standzeit meiner Waschmaschine deutlich verlängern kann.
Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden und fand das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis auch gut. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
