Gorgeous little town. Hotel was lovely and service amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. We had drinks and dinner which we all really liked. They let us use the kegel bahn. (Like bowling) which the kids loved. Because it was quiet (pre- season) the breakfast table was set just for us and was delicious. Fresh meats, cheese, rolls, yoghurt and fruit. Scrambled eggs and fresh jams. We were very impressed and appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Excellent restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, delicious food and of course the wonderful local wines. For dessert lovers, the lava cake is an absolute must!

Hospitality at its best! Ratskeller is a well-located, cute hotel with functional rooms: there is an elevator at your disposal, as well as a free parking lot!
What makes it special is the people: five-star service, attentive, kind and ready to answer all your questions. The breakfast is a dream with sweet and savoury options, fruits, yoghurt! If you are planning to make a stop in the Mosel valley this is the perfect place! I totally recommend!

War mit Freunden am Wochenende für 2 Nächte im Hotel es war ein sehr schön vom sehr netten Empfang bei der Anreise bis zum Ende sehr netter Service immer ansprechbar und super freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!!
Auch als wir kurzfristig entschieden haben im Restaurant zu Abend zu essen wurde uns sofort ein Tisch angeboten und das Essen war auch lecker.

Als fünfköpfige Familie haben wir am Abend spontan eine Tisch ergattert. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und ebenso bedient. Auch ein Hochstuhl wurde sofort bereitgestellt. Das Essen war superlecker, besonders der Lavacake zum Abschluss!
Absolute Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben ein Wochenende mit der Familie im Ratskeller verbracht. Der Service und das Essen waren super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden immer freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet.
