Hilton Garden Inn Munich Messe

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was modern, very clean, and equipped with all the essentials (though it didn't have a fridge). The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options, including to-go cups and even a waffle maker. For parking, we found it convenient to park on the nearby public street, which is free of charge.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Experience at Hilton – Highly Recommend

Check-in: Rushing to Adele’s concert, Marissa checked me in like she was in the Olympics—less than 2 minutes and she took me to the nearest room. Someone should time her—she deserves a gold medal. Big wow!

Room: Clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was okay (though I know Germans don’t like their drinks cold).

Concierge: Marissa and Anna were patient and kind, helping me find train tickets effortlessly.
Bar: Both bartenders were professional and kind, enhancing my experience.

Taxi Service: The hotel’s taxi service, especially Safi, maintained the same high service standards, making transportation easy and stress-free.

Diversity: I appreciated the diversity among the staff, which made the hotel feel welcoming and inclusive—a true reflection of a DEI-focused environment.

Problem Resolution: Forgot to make a reservation, causing a price increase. Despite the situation, the hotel didn’t charge me for two of the four days—way beyond expectations.

Overall: Marissa, Anna, and the rest of the staff made a great impression. The way the staff behaved and handled everything so professionally shows that management must be doing a great job in training and taking care of their team. It’s clear that someone is guiding them well. I would definitely return.

My family and I are returning customers here. We traveled with our two small children and the hotel and its staff are superb. We hope the hotel continues their family room options as that is a must have for our family and I imagine others. Kind of a bummer that parking is no longer free, but the charge is reasonable and the parking is so convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast is some of the best we’ve had in all of Europe!

This is a brilliant hotel. I think the building is quite new. Everything feels warm and welcoming. The reception staff were very friendly. The room feels homely, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is really good and the shower is also great. Very good breakfast selection, with so many options. All tasted great. They also have a laundry with washer/driers and it is free to use, it came really handy. Loved the whole experience and would visit again any time!

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was top flight! You can access central Munich fairly easily (30ish mins on public transit). The rooms were nice and clean. One of the top hotels I have stayed at! Would definitely stay here again!

A really nice hotel well located for the autobahn. We used it for an overnight break before travelling into Austria. The room was great, comfortable bed and a very nice room.

He was the epitome of kindness, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service truly made our morning. This was a nice Hilton hotel. The front desk was very helpful about our Oktoberfest visit. Evening dessert was a bit of a challenge. The Polish National team was in for dinner and took up the available staff. It was a good dessert once we got it. Rooms are nice and heated bathroom floors were great

10/10 service and room comfort. The cookies they have in the lobby are addicting and breakfast is very good. Very happy with my stay and will be coming back to Hilton.

I have visited many Hilton Hotels across the world and in my opinion this one is the best one I have ever stayed at.
The service is exceptional and the accommodations exceeded all of my expectations, I would definitely stay at this Hilton property if I am in the area again.

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. Will always stay here when in Munich. The bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing, the staff in general are great and helpful.

Nice modern hotel. Bads are big and comfortable. The shower cabin is not properly closing and therefore some water drains into the bathroom, but nothing to budder too much. The room was already equipped with an ironing machine and table, a clear sign for the business niche. Breakfast is diverse and for everyone. They also have garage type parking spaces so the car stays protected from the elements

Helpful staff, great free on site parking. Beautiful new hotel with beautiful rooms, nice tv, great bathroom and shower. Have a bar and mini mart in lobby, great beer on tap. Love this hotel!

We’re off to a good start for our family vacation in Europe with this first night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Munich Messe on 18 February. Looks like a new hotel with nice room and USB charging ports which I don’t expect from HGI. Free onsite sheltered parking is a big plus. Really pleased with our stay at this hotel. Convenient location off the main highway with free parking available. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also really good. We will be back.

we stayed there for 1 day, 22-23 December 2021, got upgrade from queen to king room due to gold member. The staff, Mr. Christoph helped me to solve w-lan connection. Breakfast was really good with fresh omelette, waffle and salmon (this surprise me as normally 3 star hotels mostly don't provide it). Thank you for your hospitality. Will be back when I go to Munich again!!

Everything was better than perfect. Staff were so friendly breakfast was so good and for those who worries about the location, there is no need to be worried at all, transportation is so easy and transfer areas are so safe. Definitely recommend👌👌👌
