Shopping at kick it’s like shopping at the 99 Cents store back home. They have a lot of really cheap junk but they have some good stuff too so you have to sort through and pick out which stuff you actually like. I got very good deals on some nice dishes and they also have things like socks and T-shirts for dirt cheap.

Had to get a local SIM card after arriving this morning from New Zealand. MM was next door to the hotel, so could not be more convenient. Had the good fortune to get served by Herr Bertzler(?) who spoke English, was super-friendly and helpful. He explained all the requirements for SIM card registration and then spent 30 minutes filling in the forms etc, for a relatively small sale. Very impressed. Also thanks to the young, blonde-haired woman at the cash register who dealt very professionally with my NZ card malfunction. If I need to buy a new Google Pixel (or anything else) I know where I will be going…thanks again!

We brought our coffee machine to be repaired and were served by a very nice lady, unfortunately we now have to wait 2-3 weeks, so we looked for all the electrical appliances on the media market and found that unfortunately there was lots of rubbish lying around at the moment, otherwise it was also very friendly here and attentive staff, we were asked several times if we needed help.

Huge variety of products inside the store and the possibility of ordering online and picking up the items only adds to that. Great store with fair prices overall!

We were looking for a washer and a dryer. An employee was able to help us in English, as we are expats who recently relocated here. The employee was able to answer all of our questions and direct us to the best options according to our needs.

Good place lot of item and variety a bit high price for the items which can be bought from ALDI or LIDL, some items for similar price but you get a lot of variety plus a lot of things which you will not find in other small chains of super markets

Great for customers with car. A lot of free parking spots. For visitors with local transportation maybe a little bit tricky to reach. Large portfolio of good quality products with educated service personell who are happy to explain and help.

As I was visiting Germany/Europe for the first time. I forgot to buy an adapter while going but yes, this is the place you can buy most of your electronic items, adapters, ear phones, apple products and many more accessories. If it doesn't work, you can feel free to return with the receipt.

the cast there is very helpful and nice, they hear you till the end, and give you the advice and try there all best to serve the costumer. I recommend visiting this branch.

Typical Mediamarkt shop. Big variety, plenty of space, up to date. Nothing to complain about. I wished that personnel would be a bit more consistent in their availability.
