Tried building my 1st gaming computer. Attempt didn't go as planned. It was more difficult than expected and had multiple headaches throughout the process. Upon "completion" and powering pc, all lights would turn but display was not working. After a few attempts at troubleshooting, I gaved up and called this place. Long story short, it reminded me of BMT when the MTI tells you "that's hot a mess trainee"; no cable management, screws in the wrong areas, fans direction etc. They fixed it, and set up bios, windows, other features for a reasonable price. Store owner and people who work there are veterans, so the language barrier is not a problem & they showed me what was wrong etc. Overall outstanding customer service above and beyond. If I could rate it higher than 5/5 definitely would. Highly suggest this place to anyone trying to get their stuff fixed or have trustworthy people to build your new PC.

Very professional service. Explained the issues that needed to be resolved clearly and offered expert advice on parts choices as well as personal opinions on what would be the best options for resolving the issues. Service and parts prices were fair and all work was completed in a timely fashion. I Would definitely recommend PC+MULTIMEDIA to anyone who needed computer repair and or parts and equipment.

Ich habe Michael meine Gaming pc Teile anvertraut, damit es Professional und ohne Fehler, zusammen gebaut wird.
Was soll ich sagen, der Pc wurde 1a, professionell zusammen gebaut und ich bin absolut zufrieden, mit meinem Custom Pc. Innerhalb von einem Tag war alles fertig und der Preis für die tolle Arbeit, war mehr als fair.
