My experience at the store was awesome, the staff is very helpful and explains everything in English/German as required. The range of products they have is quite astonishing, i wasn't able to find these many products in any of the rest stores. Be it Laptop, tabs, modem/router, cables and many more such products.
Also the prices are better as compared to online or other stores. So I'll highly recommend everyone to visit the store before buying electronics from elsewhere. Kudos to the team!

Jeremy is literally "the man" in the house. If on one Saturday he helped me choose wisely a laptop and a tablet, the next Saturday he helped me not buy a keyboard as he offered to test my personal one to show me it's still up and running. I hope you keep this guy after he finishes his Ausbildung! Other than that, thr whole staff here is super friendly and helpful.

It helps if youve done your research on what to get because it can get pretty overwhelming once you enter. I knew what I was going to get but the advisors there are very helpful and had good suggestions for my money's worth. I had a smooth and fast transaction. And I definitely suggest to get your items here because their of their very competitive price offering in the market.

There is a fair variety of PCs in the store, one can filter online by availability in this specific store, choose at home and buy in the store on the same day.

I am more than happy to recommend this store, from which I have purchased three laptops and a mobile phone. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped if I had reason to return something.

The prices obviously can't compete with online megastores, but they are much better than those offered at other shops, especially SATURN, and the opportunity to examine the machines in person (and to exchange them if something goes wrong) is worth the small additional cost in my opinion.

Both German and English are spoken. They can set up machines, install extra RAM or memory of required and so on.

The staff was really helpful and patient with my queries. Would definitely visit again.

I bought my laptot here last week. I dont speak german and the employee made an effort and explained me everything in english. Also he really informed me well and with time about all the computers. Also in the past i brough my computer with a problem here and they kindly send it to ASUS for repairing without me having to deal directly with the provider.
