The employees I've met were incredibly nice and patient,, and helped me a lot by an excellent treatment and offers for new line I couldn't believe it, he is such a smart kind personality

I had one of the best experience here. I met Mr Otman Badr and he was very helpful. I had a problem loosing my SIM card while I arrived to Bonn and he solved the problem in few minitues. The people here are polite and speak several languages.
