Fantastic customer service! You have to make an appointment to view all of the PA, guitar, keyboard and percussion sections. You get very personalized service without someone banging drums or showing off their Stairway to Heaven skills while you shop. The prices are on par with the market and they take VAT forms. All in all a fantastic experience.

I was very happy with the quality of products, variety of options, and the personal service that I received at Soundland. I went in looking for an acoustic guitar and Alin worked patiently with me as I tried several different brands and models. He was helpful and offered good information and advice when I asked for it. I am very happy with the guitar that I bought. Some people have mentioned that they were not able to look at instruments without an appointment. First, I did not have an appointment but Alin still helped me. Secondly, I should have scheduled an appointment. It's nice to have the space and the sales person to yourself. I see why the have the policy. I appreciated the privacy and attention I was granted. Thank you again, Alin.

Well organised music store. Friendly, experienced, and welcoming personal. Awesome test rooms for many kinds of instruments. Large variety of articles, instruments, and sound equipments.

The selection of instruments is huge, professional guides are available to help make a selection.
Please make appointments but also just come over to admire the place.

We just had a great experience with Stephan in the drum department. We were very close to purchasing a used kit, but decided to make the drive to Soundland to try out something new. We have much better peace of mind with a new kit and loved that everything we wanted was in stock. Highly recommend.

I had every guitarist's nightmare. A brand new guitar I bought from them had a switch failure that sometimes caused the tone knobs to be dead (failure at the factory I suppose).
They displayed empathy and professionalism, and handled my issue to my satisfaction. I needed my guitar urgently (thus the purchase) and they had me playing again within 24 hours, turns out a faulty switch was needed to be replaced.
I can only recommend them.

Absolutely loved it. Great place for every instrument. Guitars (classical, concert) acoustic, semi-acoustic, e-guitars(les Paul, strat, V) every type. Drums, keyboards, amplifiers, accessories- everything under one roof. Very kind and helpful staff and good prices (lot of in store offers and packages) :-)

Great music shop to visit.

For anyone playing the guitar/bass or drums you have little choice to soundland. They have the greatest choice. Sound salesguys and are more interested in quality to margin.
For swiss its reasonable to note that they are easy on tax returns.
I recommend wholeheartedly.
