I thoroughly recommend dealing with SW-tuning, both as in the purchasing experience,and the after service help, both on line, and verbally over the phone.
Both being a simple and happy experience.

Ordered taillights for my mk4 golf. After I had placed the order the owner of the company told me that they were out of stock and that the order had been cancelled, unfortynately I had already paid the order at that point. Got in contact with the seller and he gave me my money back the following day.

I bought a beautiful set of smoked taillights for my sons Suzuki Swift Sport. I had a lot of questions before actually buying the lights but they were always answered quickly and correctly. Being an abroad (Belgian) customer I much appreciated the aftersales support when I installed the lights on the car. Ich habe für meinen Golf Scheinwerfer bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Diese beleuchten die Straße gut und dazu sehen sie super aus. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und kompetent und Probleme wurden sofort gelöst.

Hab neue Rückleuchten gesucht, aber überall gab es keine passenden. Das kompetente Team bei SW-Tuning & SW-Store hat mir dann innerhalb von ein paar Tagen neue custom Rücklichter geschickt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Der Support antworten übrigens genauso schnell, wie das Paket auch versendet wird.

Diese Rezension bezieht sich lediglich auf die Leistungen des Unternehmens und schließt Bewertungen der angebotenen Produkte voll und ganz aus.

Auch wenn wir anfangs unsere Startschwierigkeiten hatten, muss ich zugeben, dass die Geschäftsleitung einen hervorragenden Service anbietet, sehr schnell Unterstützung leistet und auch gerne mal entgegenkommt, falls was nicht stimmen sollte.

Der Versand erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage, die Produkte sind fachgerecht verpackt und sehr gut geschützt.

Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten Mails und auch anrufe beantwortet werden - wobei man hiermit niemals rechnen und auch nicht davon ausgehen darf, dass das der Regelfall ist.

Alles in allem merkt man, dass dem Teileanbieter seine Kundschaft viel wert ist, und dass alles gegeben wird, um den Kunden glücklich zu machen.
