First of all I wanted to thank your speed, efficiency, amiability and patience you displayed yesterday when I went there. It’s an experience far superior when compared to other bike stores.

Best bike store in Munich. Front derailleur broke down yesterday and the guys immediately got it fixed so that I can be writing this post from Südtirol after crossing the Alps on the beautiful Trek Madone. Thanks so much for making this possible, guys.

I have been to many bicycle stores in Munich and this has by far been the best experience I have had in purchasing a bike.
The guys at the bike store were very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of valuable inputs (from various points of view) to help me narrow down the kind of bike that I thought was the best fit for me. They even let me try several different types of bikes (road, hybrid/fitness, city, etc) just so I could get a feel for them before I made up mind about the bike I was interested in.
The quality of the bikes they had was excellent and they had an expert mechanic on-site who went through the entire bike, and ensured that all the components of the bike were just as they should be before they handed over the bike to me. They even offered me a free first bike service/maintenance appointment.
The staff spoke both German and English, and were very friendly and tried to assist me in every way possible. 10/10 highly recommended!

We purchased new mountain bikes in September 2022 (2 bikes- procaliber 96) after a lot of research as my husband is 2m tall. The team at Trek gave excellent service and came up with solutions to make the bike fit optimally for my husband. We then went back as we had a problem with the tubeless tire and they solved the problem quickly and hassle free. Keep up the great service Trek!

When you buy a bike you also get a voucher for a free first service and check (can be used within the first year). Also they provide a couple of vouchers which are super useful to use for equipping your bike before hitting the road.
As for the products, great quality at super reasonable price points.
Would totally recommend. You don’t buy only the bike, you buy an experience (in this case, a very good one).

Perfect! Went there to buy a new road bike - Florian created a superb shopping experience and took time to answer all questions and made sure I get the bike that really fits me! During pickup the team was super nice and answered all questions and helped setting up the saddle etc. you feel the great atmosphere within the team when you are in the store! Can fully recommend! Good job guys!

I went to the workshop to perform this season maintenance for my bike. I was well advised and my bike left the workshop as if it was new.

Ive had the best gazillion miles of my life up here in Sweden since then!

I went there to try out a bike I had in mind. That specific model deceived my expectations, but the guy who was serving me took the time to tune two or three different bikes until I found the one I fell in love with! I have had the feeling that I was talking to a professional, passionate cyclist and competent vendor while he was explaining me the differences between the various models. I bought a Remedy 8. The bike was ready in few days and fully setup according to my needs and size. One also gets one free service and one free setup of the bike. How can this happen if one buys a bike online? But frankly speaking, I also went on other shops before visiting Trek in Munich: I didn’t get the same treatment. Trek is setting the bar very high in terms of service and customer care. Of course the quality is not even under discussion.

Excellent bike shop. Outstanding staff and service. Fantastic range. I bought my Trek Crossrip here a few years ago and it's still rock solid. I recently needed a bike box to transport my bike on a long haul flight and Dave very kindly put one aside for me. It survived a trip to Brazil and back again. The shop has all the components, tools and supplies that you need.

Great service at the workshop, my bike was ready on the same day and the staff also had time for a nice chat. Will definitely bring all my bikes there for service.

Went there to get a bike via Jobrad. The service was very good and they took the time to understand my preferences. Asked questions around my usage. Made measurements to identify the correct frame size etc. very happy with the overall process and would recommend getting your new bike here.

I actually never experienced this kind of customer service before. When I had issues with an online bike shop they helped me to get everything sorted. The Trek Bycicle Store in north Munich is a small, but very friendly one. Our 7 year oldt wins needed a new bike, and with great and professional help by Viktor Tzivnev, we chose best option for them. There is enough testing room to try out the bikes outside. Overall very nice experience and high level of personal service.

Bought my Emonda there last week, I did not really know what I wanted, Florian did a fantastic job, introduced me the entire range and made me test the bicycles made for me in order to compare before buying. Perfect service, we exchange in english as it s easier for me, really enjoyed the experience and recommend it to anyone.
