One of the better music stores I've visited in terms of the number of products you can test and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff.

The biggest variety of instruments I’ve ever seen anywhere. Lots of Jam rooms where you can try out various guitars and pianos. A+ service and support from the staff.

You play or search an instrument?... This is the place to be!.. Unfortunately no violoncelle or violins

Awesome music store for all musical instruments! Our second time making a big purchase here within a year. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable on all instruments. They took their time educating us on a smart purchase. Wonderful service! Our only complaints were (1) they don’t accept NATO VAT exemption forms, (2) they don’t accept AMEX, and (3) if their anti theft sensors at their exit mistakenly goes off, you are throughly searched like a criminal even after you paid over a thousand Euros at the register - but I’d also be a little paranoid as a business owner in a big city. However, such an embarrassing moment for a customer should be rewarded after proven innocent - which may keep us from shopping there again. Anyways, just a personal pet peeve.

Came from Prague, love this kind of a store. We have only one. I spent 2 hours here, mostly played guitars. Nice range to compare, Allhambra, Yamaha. But as I expect, nicest guitar for me is not expensive. See my photo from store....

I went there to test some instruments. The staffs were very friendly, specially Mr. Aydin who gave lots of good information to me!

Immediately after arriving, I knew I was in the right place. The guy working at the desk was very helpful and explained the Covid procedures of the store and told me where everything was located. Once I got to the electric guitar section, I was greeted by Olli. He was literally the most helpful dude out there from the start. I was torn between two guitars, an rg5320 and an rg6. Both outstanding models for sure and he helped me work through which one was more suitable and gave me adequate time to decide. He even did a quick shoot out to show case both guitars. I wound up buying the rg5320. Olli then restrung and set up my guitar very quickly. I would go back here for the conversation alone. Very helpful staff and an amazing selection of guitars. Had a fantastic day at Session and I will be back again for sure.

Is this the greatest guitar shop in Europe? Well informed staff and great private rooms. Huge selection. Treat yourself to a visit to this highly recommended Guitar emporium. 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic staff with a massive variety of guitars to choose from. I was interested in a charvel that came out of the box in an unplayable state.

Lion and Dennis were absolute legends and fixed any imperfection it had and set up the guitar up for me. They also helped the time fly by while I wait just by talking with them and having a fantastic time as well!

Easily became a new loyal customer. I wouldn't mind driving 30 minutes to the shop again just to buy strings or picks.

Best what I've seen so far in terms of keeping display nice and structured, maintaining humidity, having all instruments in tune and in superb setup and also allowing clients to feel important even if I clearly could be seen as another tourist wannatrycustomshop guy.

I was interested in purchasing an electric guitar from the Frankfurt store, the worker who helped me was amazingly pleasent, patient and helpful (and spoke English very well). He took the time to answer all of my questions even though it was almost closing time, He made me feel good and sure about the decision I made. I don't know your name my dude, but thank you.

I've always hesitated buying here instead of going to smaller music shops, but after visiting the ones in my reach I must say it's a great store. The staff is super friendly and willing to help, they have the products they feature on their website unlike other shops (I'm looking at you vain Cream sellers) and their catalog caters to all kinds of musicians. I definitely recommend it!!

Great service. Visited the store for some new Studio Monitors. Employee gave good expert opinions and allowed me to test various models while being patient and not forcing me to buy quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for studio equipment.

They have quite a big selection of musical instruments such as guitars, bass, drumsets, keyboards, trumpets, ukuleles, clarinets, you name it! Everything is separated into sections and you get to test some instruments and get a true feel for them. They also have some accessories for the instruments so you don't have to go anywhere else for those. So far we have bought a guitar and a midi keyboard here and the people working were quite helpful and friendly. I believe you can also get lessons here or I at least saw some flyers/posters about it. No complaints here other than the fact that every time we visit we really want to buy everything!
