Can't recommend highly enough. I found Peter via Electric Motion in France, as I was looking to get one of their bikes and I'm based in Munich. I also wanted my two boys to get a bike. We had numerous test rides and Peter was fantastic at getting the boys going and letting them try all of the bikes until we found "the one". Very helpful and friendly and made really easy for me because we could discuss everything in English :)

My experience with Bike Smith -Bike &Trial Sport was excellent in every way.
I have ordered JUIN GT-F break caliper set. Before I placed the order Peter gave me all the details about the international shipping, and he wanted to be sure that the break caliper will fit in my frame set. He even measured the height of the caliper so I confirmed the fit.Delivery took only three days to Hungary and the product works perfectly.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der TRS one e 20" und hab Peter sicher 4-5 mal angerufen und er war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich echt erste Sahne. Bin Neukunde und werde diesem Laden ganz sicher treu bleiben . Er hat uns sogar einen Kabelbaum geliehen nur damit mein Sohn mit seinem Weihnachtsgeschenk auch fahren konnte !!!!!

Heb fietsremmen van Juin Tech besteld en ben zeer tevreden. Ruime assortiment aan kleuren en modellen direct en snel uit voorraad leverbaar. En dankzij de uitstekende service van Peter wist ik vooraf zeker dat de vrij grote remmen zouden passen in mijn frame. En door zijn oplettendheid heb ik mijn bestelling aangepast naar de juiste maat rotor.

Ich kann nur meinen Hut ziehen, wenn ich einen auf hätte ;-) . Ich habe selten solch einen zuvorkommenden Service erlebt wie bei Peter & seiner Firma Bike Smith.

Von dem mega OnlineShop mit allen Teilen - wovon Ohvale Besitzer nur träumen können, bis hin zu einem super netten Kontakt mit jeder Menge Know/How und großem Wissen über die Bikes!

Selbst wenn mal ein falsches Teil in den Warenkorb rutscht, entgeht das Peter nicht. Kurz darauf klingelt das Telefon oder der Email Account - besser gehts nicht!

Da kann man nur DANKE sagen, für so einen überragenden Service.

Ich habe die Juni Tech GT4F an meinen neuen Allroadrahmen gebaut, weil die bisherigen mechanischen TRP Spyre dort nicht passen.
Nach der Erfahrung von 600km und ca. 4000 Höhenmetern kann ich nur positives sagen.
Eine wirklich tolle Bremse. Kein Vergleich mit den mechanischen Scheibenbremsen! Sie packt ordentlich zu ohne dass man viel Kraft aufwenden muss.
Auf Asphalt verzögert sie verlässlich und sicher. Abseits der Straße lässt sich die Bremskraft auf lockerem Untergrund gut dosieren.
Von Bremsgefühl und Bremskraft ist die Juni Tech m.M. keineswegs schlechter als die vollhydraulischen Shimanos, die ich den Ventoux hinab testen konnte. Eine Topbremse für sportliche Fahrweise.
Die Lieferung und der Kontakt mit Bikesmith ist zudem vorbildlich.

Bardzo dobry sklep z częściami do triala. Mam Electric Motion i niestety jest problem z dostępnością wszystkich części w Polsce. Tutaj wszystko dostępne jest praktycznie prawie zawsze od ręki, dodatkowo w bardzo przystępnych cenach.
Obsługa jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie, bardzo szybkie odpowiedzi na mail.
Wysyłka do Polski również nie jest problemem. Sklep kilka razy uratował mnie przed zawodami czy treningami wysyłając szybko części zamienne.
Polecam wszystkim, dla mnie top wśród sklepów internetowych.
