Bei einer Bestellung von uns zu einer Express-Abholung im Markt hatte sich ein Fehler einegschlichen. Vor Ort wurde uns dazu wirklich gut geholfen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr daran interessiert, eine optimale Lösung für uns zu finden und hat mit einer guten Idee alles geregelt. Dass jemand so intensiv nach einer Lösung für den Kunden sucht, ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir möchten uns herzlich dafür beim DM Markt Goethestraße, insbesondere bei der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin, bedanken.
