Vodafone Shop

This shop was my savior! I've got a prepaid card for Germany from Vodafone and when my phone crashed and I needed my PUK, they were able to save me in like two minutes. I'm very grateful and I can highly recommend this shop.

First and foremost, the customer service here is great. I had a pleasure to speak with two representatives and in both occasions I had a very nice experience. They gave me not only a good advice but a very good deal. Thank you Simon and David! I know Vodafone is powerful and can provide many possibilities but that extra service counts. Highly recommended.

I was having some issues with my Sim card..and They helped me connect my Sim card.

It's a great shop with great Service. The staff Erol is super frendly and he gave me a super nice deal, which I need it most.

Friendly staff who are happy to speak English. I both got my sim card their and they helped me order a replacement when I lost the sim card (while the other Vodafone store on sternstraße just handed me the phone number of customer service instead!!)

I had an issue with my DSL connection and I visited the store to get the issue fixed. Daniel and Egolo from the store helped me in this matter and got it fixed. I’m totally satisfied with the service given. Cheers!

Herr Badr hat mich in einem schwierigen und zeitaufwendigen Prozess der Mitnahme meiner Mobilnummer über Eplus wieder zu Vodafone wissend, freundlich und kompetent begleitet. Nichts war ihm zu aufwendig oder ohne eine Antwort auf eine Herausforderung. Exzellente freundliche Kundenorientierung und Problemlösung. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Router/DSL Anschluss, kein Internet und habe zunächst 3 Tage erfolglos Hilfe bei der Service Hotline gesucht. Bei insgesamt 3 verschiedenen Gesprächen bekam ich 3 verschiedene Informationen, die in sich unschlüssig und absolut nicht hilfreich waren. Gestern bin ich dann zum Shop am Münsterplatz, entschlossen zu einem anderen Anbieter zu wechseln. -
Plot twist. Der Filialleiter Herr Bahren hat sich unmittelbar meinem Anliegen angenommen, sich Zeit genommen, mir souverän geholfen, und die Fehlleistung der Kollegen am Telefon nicht nur ausgebügelt, sondern mit seiner Professionalität und Kundenorientierung überzeugt, dass ich nun auch meinen Handyvertrag über Vodafone laufen lasse.
Vielen Dank für die kompetente Beratung und Hilfe. Danke auch an den freundlichen Kollegen Herr Onur, der mir ebenfalls weitergeholfen und mit seiner angenehmen Art meine Laune gehoben hat.
