Buchhaus Thalia - Am Schlossplatz

I often visit this store. They have an extensive collection of English books compared to other stores. Their comics section is also great. But to top it all, I loved their Harry Potter section with all the merchandise. Will surely go back again ❤

I love this book store, perfectly located in the city centre, is a 5 floor building where you can find a wide range of books for all ages such as academic reading, comics, novels and little kids learning books. The staff is really friendly and super helpful. You can stop by to have a coffee or buy some presents too.

Really helpful. Wanted a German fiction book for a friend. It was out of stock, but they were able to get it to that shop in 24hrs. Awesome service.

Great bookstore! The employees actually love their job, whilst paying for books, you regularly get feedbacks about that book from the cashier.

The ground floor has a lot of english books, I was surprised by the selection. Also the German books are very well arranged in different sections and different floors. Will go back for sure

Happy to visit this bookstore :) just joy, as there are several stores with books so I was able to find books for nyself as well as for kid, mine hobby. And coffee in cafe at ground floor smells perfect ☺

This place is really big and cozy. Every floor have a place to seat where customer can read on the spot. But sadly, the english book's section is small

Amazing mutli floor bookshop right in the heart of Stuttgart city. They have a very extensive collection. Well laid out sections with a specific section for English titles, you can also search their online catalogues pretty easily. They also have nice lounge areas to sit and browse through the titles. Prices are pretty reasonable and they also have some good deals going on sometimes. Their offerings other than books like home decor and games are also pretty good. You can easily spend a long long time here if you are a book lover!

Literally one of the best, most diverse and massive bookshops I've been to. I spent hours and could have spent more and wouldn't get tired. Nice coffee shop upstairs and helpful staff at every point. I loved many of the fantasy and sci fi editions of books as I found them so unique. The fact that I got a Tolkien-themed adult colouring book was an absolute dream. Amazing job!

A great variety of books and you can find what you are looking for. Friendly staff and good selection and a good organisation.

The best book store in town. A great variety of books, in a store with 4 or 5 floors. And they have a great coffee bar (which is now, in lock down closed).
The stuff is amazing. Novels, cooking books, art books, biographies, kids books, a great variety of board games for kids and adults, school books - you can find in this store.

All sort of books is there. Wide range in each sort. There is place to have a look inside, get comfortable and read, have a coffe. Great place.

Great place to find every imaginable book.

It's a nice place near Stuttgart schloss with a lot of books. They have books across geners and languages. It's a multi story building with a lift and there are employees to help you find the book you want if you are not able to. I strongly recommend this place to you if you are a book lover. They are accepting card payments as well.
