Buying parts? Yes, this is the place. A massive store with everything. Conti tires are half-price, but even Shimano components are a bargain. Bought an Ultegra cogset and at checkout they asked did I want it installed... For free. Danke!

I have been to the store 3 to 4 times in the last week for checking the bikes, consultation on buying new bikes and also finally buying bikes for myself and my wife.
Always received the best the best service and advice.

Bought a bicycle there recently after researching other shops. Price-quality was competitive. Three years ago went there looking for a roller but noticed hundreds of bicycles inside the shop. A large variety to chose from.

I loved it! The staff were really helpful and nice, especially Maaß :) there are very good bikes with belt chain, which don't need maintenance. Easy access, good location

I bought a bike and lock with it from here. The bike was on a special offer and is working fine ( it's only been a month though so fingers crossed). The key for the Kryptonite lock broke though in the lock and hence I was stuck with a locked bike. The guys from zweirad and kryptonite coordinated pretty quickly and took care of the problem. Also the bell of my bike kinda broke ( could have been fixed with glue easily) , the zweirad support guys just simply placed a new bell. So all in all quite good customer service uptill now.

The store has a lot of bike options. I've visited bunch of bicycle shops and this one has the most options. The staff is so helpful and nice. Thank you all! I'm so pleased with my bike.

I'll do this in English for the international customers- I'm mostly self-sufficient with the bike repairs, but I often need parts right away. I live close to Radlbauer, but I never like going there- I get followed around the store and watched, but when I actually need help, no one is ever there and they hardly have any parts. They usually make me feel like my business is unwanted.

I go to Stadtler and the parts guys are super nice, helpful, even when running around the store, they are always helpful and respectful. I don't get followed around the store and watched like I'm a thug, as is the case at Radlbauer, and when I need help, they are available and not running away into the back. For ultra high-end MTB parts, they might not have everything, but they have some really good stuff, like Time cleats, which no one local stocks.

A lot of options here.. Make life not easy when to decide which to take... But I liked that the sales guys don't want to push just the most expensive bikes they have available, but the most suitable one for your use

Was buying holder for mobile phone for my bike. Great advice and service in the shop. Spoke English with no problem. Very happy.

Outstanding guys in the Workshop who are friendly, helpful, listen, and quick to find solutions to nuisance bike issues (which I was having).

Very good shop to buy spare parts, tools, tires, gear for ride etc. But waiting time to get service for your bicycle is a catastrophe even more if you say that you bought your bicycle not there.

Great choice of bikes and bike accessories but more importantly- extremely helpful staff.
