We loved our day here. There were unique areas to enjoy the water throughout the facilities. There was literally something for everyone here. The slides were well organized with attendants highly visible for safety. The night atmosphere was also very pretty. I wished we could have planned ahead of time and booked a room. The only down side was that the indoor slides closed very early before closing.

Awesome family getaway! Whether you fancy some water based fun, enjoy botanical gardens, fancy some me time in one of several saunas, or just enjoy new places - this has it all and more! Be prepared, as this place gets very busy so if you can either rent a room nearby or on site so you can start enjoying it's many activities as soon as possible. Easy to spend a full day or more here, depending on what type of activities you enjoy most. Place is well covered with resting zones, toilets and drink refill stations. Several places to eat or snack as well and prices are fairly OK. Already planning to go back!

Great indoor water park and to my knowledge one of the biggest if not the top in Europe. Outdoor section also available along with rides, eateries, arcade, flamingos and indoor accommodation to name a few other highlights. Would highly recommend!

An absolute must see if you're in the area!
If you don't like fun, architectural design and water slides this probably isn't the place for you.
I read a few reviews stating the place was looking run down and was hot and crowded blah bl blah... look it's a water park INSIDE a Giant old hanger with its own freaking rainforest!!!
It's an engineering marvel I can imagine waiting out an apocalypse in this place.
It's like the Eden project accept the staff don't get mad when you swim in the pools because your too hot!
Talking of Hot, yes it is! Very, but I went on a 35 degree day, walk around in your swimwear and take a dip look at some flamingos you'll be fine, real live birds inside so cool!!
Run down?... I wouldn't say it was particularly bad but I'm from the UK we ain't doing so fresh after Brexit 😅 so I don't know what 'well' maintained is. German's have particularly high standards when it comes to maintenance (I've worked with a few of their engineers)
They were developing parts of the park whilst I was there some parts were newer than others but I'd imagine keeping a structure of this scale up and together would be challenging so I'd cut them some slack.
This place is HUGE!!! you could fit a LOT of people in there luckily for me being the childless maiden that I am, went outside of the school holidays and there were no queues at all so I highly recommend for solo travellers and couples as well.
I was kind of looking forward to the buffet which looked a bit meek in my opinion it doesn't hold a candle to the grand sprawling buffets you see in the States the other food places were OK though and the prices were reasonable ( especially when your coming from rip off Britain) the frozen yogurt stand was my favourite.
So in conclusion would I go again yes absolutely, it would be a cool place to bring the kids I'm an engineering and horticultural nerd I loved the story on how this all all made.

This was one of our favourite stops in Germany! The slides are really fun. We especially loved going down the slides in tubes and the white water rapids slide. We also loved the lazy river! You can easily spend a whole day here.

Such a great family getaway location. We slept in the tents and was surprisingly comfortable. I loved the little shops that sell everything you can think of. The pools are great and the staff is friendly. Everyone we spoke to could speak English. I loved seeing the flamingos in person

Huge experience for both adults and children. The dome is full of a lot of different water activities and it’s never dull. Full steam ahead. We stayed in a 4 persons tent inside the dome and it felt like a camping side. The restaurants are not worth talking about. It’s just fast food and not very interesting. That’s a shame. You can buy a cup to fill up with soda “all you can drink”. But it’s valid until midnight and can only be filled once a hour. But all in all a great stay and worth the visit.
It really feels like you’re in the tropics and it’s really hot in the dome.

Built on the site of an old military base, this highly impressive huge hangar hosts a fun-filled water park inside. We spent about 6 hours enjoying the various sections of the park. Whilst it was super busy it didn't impact on the enjoyment, as the day went on the crowds tended to thin out in certain areas anyway! Only downsides were a lot of the lockers didn't seem to work, most of the changing cubicles had busted locks, you have to arrive at opening if you want to get a lounger and the fact that it's an hour away from Berlin centre. We had to wait a long time for a shuttle bus to pick us up from the train station (which we took 3 trains to get to).

A WOW place! A must visit when visiting Berlin! The price might scare you at first but it’s really that good. So many fun places — it’s really a whole new world. But it’s really hard to get to if you don’t have a car. My friend and I needed to drive for 3 hours to visit the aqua park. (It’s worth it tho!) Thank god the transport treated us good that time xd.

It's a very beautiful place.
Most of the staff are very helpful and kind.
Even though it's a bit hard to get to the place, they really made it as easy as possible to get there with public transport.
I've been there 3 times and I will continue going :)

Wasn't what I expected. But grew to love the place, outside swimming and inside. Lots of wildlife inside. Went as a adult couple, probably better to go with kids. Tad expensive

This trip was so much fun! I would highly recommend. There is so much to do for all the family and everything is located in one place. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a big variety of food. I would recommend to hire a car as getting a taxi from here to the airport can be difficult.

Very impressive location within an old Zeppelin hangar. The layout is great with a Central indoor rainforest surrounded by pools, slides, wellness, food courts and shops. The slides are in my opinion intermediate as I am not super thrilled. Very suitable for the hole family though. Price / quality level for food was ok-ish. Super system with wristbands which uphold a 200 euro credit. So you can safely store your high value gear and just pay with the band during the day.

This is an absolutely magical, amazing place!
Unfortunately the check in system is a nightmare. No electronic system. Five reception stalls with a two page paper form to fill in with the same data they already have from online booking, madness. Be prepared for a 1-2 hour queue in boiling heat unless you arrive very early.
Once you get in welcome to paradise!
Thru the gates of hell make your way to heaven!
It's all worth it after all.

It’s great for families and teens but you can enjoy as just couple as well. It’s good for relaxation and just chilling in the water. You do need to count on that there will be a lot of kids of course so if you are someone who doesn’t prefer that this is not for you. This place gives off vibe of hotel holiday in exotic place for sure. Love their main beach reference to reference to the movie Truman Show 😅. There outside pools are also good and have great temperate even in colder weather. I really like that you can walk around the tropical forest and engage with some animals that lives there. The real flowers and plants are just great and makes it more realistic to imagine you are 1000km away from Europe.

Wow! We were there for 3 nights, and it was amazing. You need a full day just to see all the pools, slides and others. Food in restoraunt Sawadee is great. Water temperature is 32c in the beginning of may. Camp is perfect and about 1-2km away from the dome like all of the accommodations that are not inside the dome. Totally worth it.

Absolutely brilliant place with the family. First time we were visiting with a family of five. And it was just wow....from the minute we entered I was just amazed how beautiful it is. Toilets and showers been spotless and all of the staff was wonderful. We booked a tent for one night and it was magic ✨
We had one hiccup on the pizza place because it was absolutely not clear were to cue and wait. The girl behind was pretty unfriendly and my girls and myself been in shock how she rumped and pumped those noodles in the pot... very bad mood she was and that mirrored in her whole section. Completely different in the pizza spot....

We was there on sunday and was too busy.
The service for eating was chaos. Warm cola no ice, for entrance were 2 quesues and no one knew which one is correct.
I did not like outdoor pools beaucase more than 1000 people were there.
