Used extensively travelling and bike touring in France and Germany. Solid, extensive network. Easy to top up. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for help, but worth it.

Als Kunde wird man hier gut beraten. Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich Zeit und erklären Verträge. Bei Besuch fühlt man sich ernstgenommen. Insgesamt bessere Beratung als über Telefon, das sollte auch erwähnt werden. Laden ist schon seit 20 Jahren und mehr eine Institution in der Fussgängerzone.
