Very helpful to my elderly aunt. Apple helped get her phone started again. We did have an appointment Termin.

Super helpful staff as usual.
Their corona measures are on point. Normally you receive a QR code on your email which you can easily scan on the spot so that they find your query faster. But as my data and phone weren’t working, they used their internal system to find my file. It was done swiftly.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff.

Although quite crowded, they are very well organized and everything works fast. Make a reservation if you need a repair service and it will go even faster.

Everytime when I’m there it’s packed, especially when they release new products.
Luckily they have enough employees who are happy to help. Everything always goes well !

Apple Store in the best shopping center in Hamburg. the distance to the north of Hamburg is worth it.
