Was looking everywhere for a specific Cervelo frame which Edelrad were showing in stock. Called and spoke (in perfect English!) to Stefan who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He was able to explain how the tax works for the UK now not being part of the EU. All very simple with no heavy lifting for someone looking to buy from Germany via Edelrad. Once the order was placed communication was excellent and I received delivery notification at every stage. From order to delivery (including 4 days in customs), was about 8 working days. I can't rate Stefan and Edelrad highly enough, he deserves 5 stars and more. Thank you team Edelrad!
