The place is amazing. Most definitely worth a visit for all music instruments.
The service I received from one of the salesmen in the guitar section was excellent. After my purchase, he did a thorough check over my new guitar, lowered the strings, and also played it to make sure all electronics were working correctly. Polished it clean and put it back in the gig bag. Absolutely awesome service

What an Amazing store and group of people! I spent hours there and could spend weeks playing with and trying all their gear! Can’t wait to go back again! Awesome place for beginners and seasoned Musicians alike to find quality gear!

The selection of instruments is astonishing and the layout of the shop is amazing. Especially noteworthy was the advice I received in the "Classic Drums" and "Studio" departments.

If you're a musician then take a trip to this place!! You can spend an afternoon just looking around the myriad of musical instruments. There's something for everyone here and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they speak English too.

Love the place. I bought a few instrumets there in person and had a few delivery orders, everything went perfect.
You can freely try out any instrument you like, if it's not in the shop, they'll get it from the warehouse for you no problem. The staff is very very helpful and knowledgeable and ready to assist you. They also have a restaurant with very good prices and good food.

Huge place, it was a great pleasure to be there. The staff was very polite and helpful. I got to play with a lot of guitars. For your convience, if you wish to play with a specific instrument, I suggest you to contact the store before the visit. This will cut back the waiting time until the instrument arrives to the store from the warehouse.

Many e-drum and acoustic drum kits are available to try out. There are also many cymbals, but it's better to check with them in advance if you need some particular model.

Heaven for musicians. There is so many options for every single instrument. I praise the great employees working there. They let you test out any instrument you would like. Overall great coorporation with the customers and an awesome experience. We were amazed and delighted at the sight and will definetly visit again.

Thomann the professional name in music. I have never been able to visit this company, but I am a regular mail order customer. All the equipment I have bought from this company has been of the very highest quality. The warehouse system must be colossal, to deal with the vast stock lines they offer. Everything has been very well packaged for shipment to the UK and has arrived within the tracking timeframe. On the occasions (very few) that I have phoned with a question about either stock or specification my calls have been handled by polite friendly and very helpful staff. I would say however that it is perhaps better to enquire by email, then you genuinely have your questions handled by a named person, who seem to speak entirely with the name and the power of the company behind their answer.

My favorite music store. Great staff and you always feel welcome. If you are going to check the entire store you need at least a day. This place has everything and of course Harley Benton guitars!

Top customer service!! I bought a harp a few months ago and only found out recently that a small pole on one of the semi tone levers is missing. Contacted customer service and immediately got a reply to confirm which string it was and got a replacement part sent. The harp itself is also amazing quality and shows beautiful craftsmanship.

Absolute great. Friendly and well organized employees. One of the biggest musicstore on Planet Earth. Out of nowhere but also to see the tons of guitars they have is really amazing.

Did a road trip from Zagreb to the music store and it was totaly worth it!
One recommendation is, that you spend at least two days in the shop. We thought that just one full day would be enough, and maybe it is if you know for sure what you want but, as the shop itself is huuuge, like this you wont be able to explore different sections cause time just flies there! :)

Wow!! The best music shop I've ever been to!! We played many instruments, spend there 7hours(!!??!!).
Every instrument got his own room(!)
You can jam, you will get professional servis, it's just like a wonderland for Alice and Disneyland for children!

Everything arrived quickly, i had a problem with one of the tools o bought but i got a reimbursement super quickly.
