Only 1 min away from metro station (m4). Service is quick, service people are nice, the system is not complicated at all. You open your QR code, paid, then 3 seconds later youre called for your package.

Proshop is very good. Quick delivery, good prices and friendly staff. Plus the if you like to pre-order games, they give you the preorder bonus if available.

Belated but well deserved review. Bought a faulty ps5 controller from Finland. Got a replacement with an exceptionally fast customer service.

If you are here to collect a package, just get the bar code from the message your received from Proshop and scan it using the scanner installed on the wall next to PC screen, Proshop employee will come at the reception with your package. They have used technology in a better way.

Also car parking is also available outside the building.

I am a foreigner here in Denmark and still have difficulties understanding the language. But the service was very good and helpful. He explained me how to use the order terminal and how to pay with the cash paying terminal. It was quite confusing first, but he explained it really good and after 5-10 minutes I had my product. Perfect!

Good prices easy transactions.

Wow. Living in the US I think everything is convenient but this company surprised me positively. Needed a wifi usb adapter. Ordered online and collected 20 mins later in Sydhavn. Friendly staff, quick service. I like this business model

One of the best places you can buy tech. The staff is simply so sweet and the service is simply so fast and efficient. I would really recommend this place if you need some tech items at good prices. 5 stars from me and looking forward to shopping down there soon.

Very convenient with a pick-up point close to my daily commute. Often it's a matter of minutes or hours from ordering an item Proshop to being able to pick it up here.

I have used their services several times now and will continue to do so. Communication lines are always open via email or phone and the goods always arrive well packaged and in good working condition. I'm looking forward to remaining a happy loyal customer, as I have found very few like them. Number 1 on my preferred suppliers list.

The option to pick up your goods makes it even better, since they almost always have your orders ready for pickup within one hour. The website said 1-2 days delivery, and I had my items in hand 2 days after I ordered it, which was perfect! Normally I mentally allow for a buffer of a few more days, so it was pleasant to see the speedy delivery. I tend to get impatient the moment I click that "Order" button.

The items were all as expected with no damages or anything like that, so I can't really complain about anything.

I enjoy online shopping at Proshop very much as I can easily pick up the stuff the same day I order (without any fee) , or I can get the stuff delivered the next day (29 kr delivery fee). Super service in Denmark.

Just as you would come to expect from an online retailer - easy order and easy delivery.
However, didn't find an option when checking out for delivering to a post pick-up place directly. Would have saved me 1 day in getting the stuff.

Anyways, I would go for them again.

Very good service, absolutely no problems. Ordered a hard drive from Copenhagen and got it delivered just 2 days after order placement. I greatly recommend this store.

Great price for products and easy delivery.

Ordered some headphones at 1930, the next morning at 0830 it had arrived. Though one of the speakers was DOA. But I quickly got compensated, very easy and very painless. Will use them again.

It was the first time that i used the service and was great ,just a sugestion put something instructions in english because people that go the first time maybe has some difficulty, but is not a big problem, the service was perfect.
