Service is outstanding. Very attentive and courteous. Was here for desert and came back for breakfast. Highly recommend

A very beautiful old building more than 100 years old. Since 2000, Casa Rosada was declared a State Cultural Heritage site. Each of the three floors offers a different type of dining experience. For tonight we chose La Terraza which is the third floor. It provides lovely views of Manta Bay and neighboring park. We started off drinks and they were exceptional. My husband believes my Cosmopolitan was the best he has ever tasted, and I would have to agree. His drink, affectionately called the Orgasm was also delightful with Bailey's, coffee liqueur and amaretto. For dinner we both chose the pork chop and noted that it is quite delicious. In addition to the pork chop we were also served chorizo, a small salad, a small baked potato, a healthy portion of white rice, and lentils. We both commented on how well the pork chop was cooked and seasoned with what tasted like a chimichurri sauce. Overall the meal was very good and the drinks and the views were spectacular. Our server did an excellent job, and even boxed up our leftovers for us to take home. Although we did not have the dessert, the couple next to us did and it looked delicious. Next time we will try the cheesecake with strawberries.

One of my best culinary experiences in Manta. Be sure to make it to the terrace where you'll have a very nice view of the city. We had the mixed ceviche and the anillas de cangrejo. The latter was an extraordinary experience full of flavor and texture, highly recommended. I look forward to coming back here. Street Parking available

A beautiful vintage restaurant with a an amazing pastel color across the outside of the structure. Unfortunately we didn’t stay for the food because the rooftop was closed off so we ordered some tea and drinks. The service was great as well.

Wonderful experience. Casa Rosada offers 3 different spaces of each floor of the building: on the first floof you can find a nice cafeteria that offers quality coffee and desserts. On the second floor, you'll find a fancy restaurant open for dinning. On the rooftop there is another restaurant with bay view which offers lunch and in the night it turns into a rooftop lounge. Staff were really friendly and assisted me with something I needed. Food was great! You can find a lot of places with delicious food in Manta but this one is really worth the visit.

As a tourist of the city,it is the most elegant and most beautiful building in the city,reminds me of being in Paris.Their coffee and chocolate cake are excellent.I highly recommend this place.

Best mojito in a long time. 2nd one just as good. Excellent Sangria. Best ceviche ever! Great venue overlooking the park. Quiet and peaceful on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly staff. Highly recommend it. Local dishes looked great.

We have had their Almuerzo lunch here quite a few times. The staff are attentive and the food is great. My husband can’t eat fish and they are always very accommodating to substitute a piece of chicken. You have a nice breeze coming in off the ocean and there is lots of tuna boats in the harbour. Great views.

Great food at good price

I love sitting across from "Iguana Park" while sipping the best coffee drinks and delicious bistro fare at this upscale cafe. Their trio of empanadas or trio of bolon are great introductions to beloved Ecuadorian breakfasts. They also have more extensive breakfasts and lunches, I recently tried their Seco de Chivo (goat stew) and loved it, though, some consider goat an acquired taste. Service is truly excellent, prices are not sky high and you can enjoy dining indoors or out. You must go, (if you haven't been) and spend a few minutes strolling through the large, free roaming iguanas who live in the park (NOTE: sit on a bench with a cover over it or you might be as shocked as I was when a big iguana, jumped down from the top of the tree canopy and almost landed on my head!).

Wonderful restaurant to reminisce about the old while eating classic dishes with a modern twist... one of my favourite places in manta

The flavor and the size of the dishes are amazing. Try the umiña beer too.
