La Dolce Vita

It was a wonderful evening. I got drunk… but I remember that the waitress was very patient and polite. She even heard me speaking my native language and started talking with me in it. It was pleasant. Their own home wine was kinda weird, but not bad for the price (it was the cheapest one). Pasta was GREAT. So, yeah, I recommend.

I have had a really pleasant experience in this authentic Italian cuisine restaurant. Reservations recommended, since there aren't many tables, but competition to get seated exists. Food is absolutely great, well served, quickly prepared and expectation - fulfilling!

Definitely a staple just about every time I visit Tartu, La Dolce Vita offers great pizzas and also a wide range of other Italian food. Busy most days of the week, parties of more than 2 people are recommended to reserve a table. In the summertime, the terrace is a lovely place to enjoy your food al fresco.

Fantastic place! Been going there for 25 years. Pizza is the best here, but pasta is good too. Small selection of desserts. Try the chocolate tart, very good and big enough for two. Good wines as well, some italian beer. Bruschettas are nice, but I rarely order because with pizza it's too much. Cheese and meat plates are huge! Must be two to finish them and eat main course. Nice atmosphere. Reservation recommended. In summer time the back yard is also a nice possibility and offers more space. Staff is mostly very friendly too. I'm not the only one who loves this place so reservation is recommended, even on weekdays.

Everything was excellent. I loved the Italian vibe.
Went there to celebrate the end of school and the beginning of summer with my family, we made a reservation before and i think if we wouldn't have then we wouldn't have gotten a table.
The service was nice and polite.
The food was delicious. So was the gelato.
I'd definitely recommend going there, it's perfect for celebrations but also for other occasions and just enjoying for no particular reason:).

Highly recommend this restaurant for very good Italian experience. The portions are generous. Food excellent.

I love this place and visit pretty much every time I visit Tartu. Pizza, pasta and drinks are all wonderful, and there is an amazing cheese selection. Service is always good - mostly young people who speak English if needed. Also dog friendly inside as well as outside.

Delicious cannelloni, pasta con fruti di mari and pizza. Desserts were also really good, we had Pannacota and tiramisu. Highly recommended.

This is the best Italian restaurant in Tartu and in Estonia. Food is very delicious, always looks good, menu is great, staff is very friendly, service is quick and has been for years, which is a good indication for sure!

P.S Cocktails are freaking good here!

Oh my god this Italian food was absolutely great. And the restaurant vibe is very nice. After 3 years in Estonia, I would say it is the best Italian I have tried, if not top 2-3 for sure

This is the best Italian restaurant that I test outside of Italy, and even one of the best is I can compare with those I visit in Italy. Everything we tested were extremely delicious and the service is 10/10. Thank you La Dolce Vita!

Amazing place to enjoy Italian food. We tried pastas and pizza. Both was absolutely delicious. Aperol is perfect. Place where I will come back next time. Recommended!

This place is always filled with customers and that speaks for itself. Atmosphere is just right. Food is top knotch and service is warm. Perfect for a slow evening.

Several vegetarian options in each section - antipasti with eggplant was super delicions, however bruchetta with tomatoes, pesto amd mozarella was too salty for me. Both vegetarian picas (especially, 4 cheeses) were great. Tiramisu I have had better, but still good. Atmosphere from Italy was there, so I liked the place very much:)

A damn good authentic style Italian restaurant. The crust on the pizzas is crispy and very tasty. Service is friendly and fast.

An Italian restaurant with an amazingly good selection of pizzas, stretching to 5 pages of A4! Extensive range of antipasti, pasta and mains. Well presented. Everything we had tasted great! Pleasant central courtyard for outdoor dining when the weather permits

I wasn’t really ordering anything but salad and dessert “fagottino al cioccolato con mascarpone”. From what I can tell - tasty and good.
