I must say I was quite surprised by this little cafe. It has a great assortment with decent prices. We had the green velvet cake which has a very specific flavour if you are into green/matcha tea. The brisket was quite good and the Wok noodles were doused in sauce which had a great after taste. Overall I would recommend, it is located inside the Tartu University Narva.

Modern interior and youthful atmosphere. Menu looked very appetizing, but I tried the daily special which is available until 3 pm. It was tasty. Also a great place for having a quick coffee break, because there's so many delicious cake options!

Who would have known about this place, in the basement of the city college.
We had Ramen soup, Caesar salad and beef cheek.

Nice building and a great location. For lunch (before 3pm) a great fish soup for €3 and meatballs with potatoes for €4. Otherwise, it's a little expensive for standard / canteen prices. There is no special student ISIC discount.

Overall great place for business lunch and for tourists.
