Theban Necropolis

You have to visit this necropolis, where there are tombs and mummies of ancient Egyptian pharaohs, you can also ride a balloon, the idea is to be in the balloon before 5:45 am to see the sunrise, once the balloon will have an aerial view spectacular where you can admire the necropolis, the city of luxor and the nile river.

This is one of the most impressive and beautiful places to visit in the world, so obviously do not miss it.
We were sleeping on the left side of the Nile instead of Luxor, and visited it all (including the further away Valley of the Kings) over a few days of cycling, and it was awesome. It was in March however, so probably not so great with more more heat :)
Try to also "get lost" a bit, some of the less frequented roads are very beautiful too and you have glimpses of the life the locals have.

Theban Necropolis is the most magic and amazing place in the world. All the tombs are amazings and each one can tell us a different story. Ancient Egiptians was wise people and even for mummyfication process they was extremelly careful in all details. Even you can see that on Deir El Medina where the artisans lived. The Temple in the back side of this place is one of the most perfects and beautiful in all Luxor.

L une des plus belle perspective consiste à prendre le chemin des tombes des nobles à gauche avant le parking du temple de Hatchepsout, on voit alors la forme pyramidale de la montagne

الاكليل الصغير اللى جنب الكوبرا ده اسمه تاج التبرئة وكان من آخر الحاجات اللى بتتحط على جبين المتوفى قبل الوداع الاخير فى مصر القديمة، التابوت ده لوحده فيه ما لا يقل ٢٠ رمزية ودلالة دينية ورسالة المصرى القديم كان عاوز يوصلها بالرموز، علشان كده الديانة المصرية القديمة كانت من اعقد واثرى الديانات القديمة ودراستها والالمام بكل حاجة فيها بكل التفاصيل شبه مستحيل تقريبا.
