Superb staff make this hotel a very friendly place to stay. Reception manager Ahmed Zokiem was particularly helpful and kind when I had difficulties with an airport transfer. He encouraged me to relax and enjoy what was left of my stay and promised to get me a taxi if the transfer didn't turn up. Restaurant, bar and room staff were very professional. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I loved this place. I'm here with my daughter for 2 days. It's a place where I would definitely would like to return. And I also like that here you can find many different nations and cultures, including Arabic people as well (for me it's a good sign that locals come here).

To sum up: that's what I needed: nice, simple and cozy where you are surrounded by lovely people. ❤

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we were on the ground floor by the pool. The private beach is immaculate and you can relax in peace and quiet. We ate in the restaurants most nights although sometimes it can get a bit hectic One evening we decided to eat in the evening terrace restaurant and I can honestly say it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. The staff were mainly friendly and after being hassled all over Egypt it was nice to be left alone. They were helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was slightly irritating was the massage touts trying to sell you spa treatments. Saying no gets tiresome after a while. The manager was incredibly helpful as were the staff. I would definitely return. A very nice hotel!

This is wonderful place. Everything is great, the in staff are very helpful, food is great with plenty of variety and the accomodation was more than I expected.
The location with beach access is perfect.
Outside the hotel there is not a lot to offer but the facilities on the complex are more than enough. Our all inclusive package was just that. Perfect.

Great friendly staff, great stay enjoyed, would go back

Overall the hotel, pool areas, bars and restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff (bars, restaurant, entertainment team, reception) are all very friendly and go out of their way to help. The food options were good however it was usually luke warm and given how long we are here it's hard going without a fully hot meal. You can eat in the Italian restaurant once during your stay where the food is good but service is rushed - we were moved onto our main within about 10 minutes of entering. Overall has been a good stay and thanks to Bebo and Mica for making it a laugh!

Great hotel, quiet and well managed. The staff is very kind and happy to help. Places are clean and there is a great varieties of food. They took great care of our diving team after an intense week. Feel welcome there. Thanks again

Nice, friendly atmosphere. The food is tasty :). Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily. Unfortunately, bottled water is not refilled. Hotel with beach access, free towels, umbrellas, sunbeds. I also recommend massages. The downside is old bathrooms and crackling air conditioning, and paid WiFi. The advantages, however, are definitely more than the disadvantages. My husband and I came back satisfied with the trip. Just my request to you, I would like to ask you to set up bowls of water on the hotel grounds and in front of the entrance. Homeless animals will be very grateful :)

A hidden gem in Hurghada
we were unsure what to expect as all the other hotels that people being dropped off at on our shuttle bus had elaborate frontages, so when we pulled up at our hotel from the front it didn't look very much and I must admit our hearts slightly dropped. Do not be put off by this because once inside it is a truly magnificent hotel the outlook from the rooms is amazing the hotel leads straight onto its own beach and the staff I cannot complement enough they went out of their way to help

What a beautiful resort and what a wonderful service I enjoyed here for four days with my family from 4 to 7 May. It is located very near to city centre. Staff is very good, friendly and helping. Staff at restaurants, bars, reception are good. Animation team made their best efforts to keep us entertained as much as possible. Kids especially enjoyed their activities. Value of money is 10/10. Will definitely come back.

Overall we have had a great experience here, especialy because of the animation team!

The food in the all inclusive base is good! We have had some special nights as well, when they made some fresh grilled food around the pool, which was awsome! Also, the Egyptian night was really yummy too! Otherwise we always found some food which we liked. We never went to bed hungry.
Also, the garden and pool area is like a little oasis. The beach area with two sides are really nice and shallow. Great for kids. If you want to see corals and more sealife, just swim through the bouys. Safe and interesting, but only for good swimmers.
The hotel manager promised some improvements, so I won't mentioned anything bad. We will be back for sure to see how will it go! As we loved the hotel otherwise!
The fish restaurant, with Abo Taleb (head waiter/floor manager) is great, with fresh and really tasty food. Thank you for the really friendly and 5* service Abo!
Ali, from the diving centre is really friendly and he can offer you great excursions. Book with him, once you are there!
Keep it in mind, Egyptian 5* is not UK 5*, but they can compensate it with their friendliness and customer orientated vision. Once you see this, you won't mind the rest. Enjoy your stay here!

What an absolute beautiful place to stay, after reading reviews I can honestly say we was coming here with the 'it is what it is' attitude, we have been amazed, the pool area, beach, reception are 100% clean, our room has been cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels, nothing has been to much trouble.
We have eaten at the fish restaurant situated on the beach, on our 1st booking we was greeted by a perfect gentleman Abo, who promised to look after us, and he has been so true to his word. The food is amazing and the service is too. Abo greeted us outside and told us he had something special, he led us to a table set up on the beach, it was stunning, All the staff at the hotel are so happy and friendly, but a special thanks goes to our special friend Abo. I would definitely return to this hotel. Love from Keith and Adele

Lived up to it's 5 star rating, Restaurant self service but well organised and food very good. Italian restaurant also good , need to pre book but no restrictions on how many times, however they only do 3 set meals.

Very good people, really helpful and gave me a lot of services for free. Allah SWT bless them and give them a lot of business. All the staff from the manager to the cleaner's are excellent ver humble people the best ever holiday I have had and I would definitely recommend anyone

Well deserved 5 stars Lovely hotel and friendly staff food is clean but needs more variety rooms are clean swimming pools are clean and taken care of and varity of pool areas for kids and 140cm and 170 cm so all can swim beach is also great but wear beach shoes if you decide to go for a swim and swimming is safe since there is a life gaurd and not many waves so good for kids people at the restaurant are the best of the hotel very friendly to everyone and welcoming for everyone and their manger is very helpful guy animation team is good but my previous visit last year they were the best over all staying there was good this my third time

This was my forth trip to hurghada and I absolutly loved this Hotel. The beach was so beautiful.
Me and my Girlfriend had a Standard room for the first 10 days. And moved into a Suite for the last 6 days. But i must say i could've Stayed in the normal room. The View was fantastic and we loved it! room Service/house keeping did a great job cleaning our room every day!

And of course the Suite we moved into was crazy nice!! Three balconys all had amazing view to the ocean that looked like you were on the Bahamas.

All of the Employees were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
