The food was looking amazing and that’s why we didn’t took photos but instead we started to eat immediately.
The service was excellent and it was a very lovely setting to go our of dinner. Great Libanese experience.
The fresh juices are highly recommended.

We found this gem and decided to give it a try. Hands down the best Lebanese food we have ever had. The meat was super fresh and tasty. The appetizers were incredible! The portions were just right. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share and it was an amazing idea. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! Our server was polite and knowledgeable. The owner was super pleasant and even brought some of the food to our herself. We will definitely be back many many times!

An absolute work of art.

We found out about Merbey by a lucky happenstance visitng Al-Gouna. First off Sally the manager is a kind person with great dedication and you can see it reflecting into the restaurant. The decor is stunning, staff is polite and professional, beautiful table setting and a lovely ambience.

We were greeted by a beautiful set of appetisers, unique warm and fresh bread rings while staying true to authentic Lebanese starters zaatar and olives. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delightful. High quality and delicious is what I can put to words about the dinner selection we chose — chicken fatteh and mix grill dish.

I was nearing the end of my holidays in Egypt and we were leaving Al-Gouna and I have to say it made the trip and experience wonderful and finished at a high note. Thank you again for a great service and excellent experience I would absolutely recommend it and would come back again.

PHENOMENAL!! I cannot recommend enough … so tasty.. honestly everything we had was perfect with authentic flavors and high quality ingredients. The decor was elegant and the service was professional.
I haven’t had Lebanese food like that since my childhood .. and it felt very nurturing with hearty portions.

Valentine's evening at this Lebanese restaurant in Fanadir New Marina was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we stepped in, we were embraced by the warm ambiance and exquisite decor. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. As for the food, it was a culinary journey through Lebanese cuisine - each dish bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. From traditional mezze platters to succulent grilled meats and fresh dishes, every bite was a delight. The romantic atmosphere coupled with the delectable cuisine truly made for an unforgettable Valentine's dinner. We'll definitely be returning to indulge in the magic of this exceptional restaurant.

It’s a fine dine restaurant, the music doesn’t really match the vibes, the service is extraordinary, the staff is way too friendly and the food is more than perfect. The Kebab was so delicious and the place itself is very luxurious and fancy with a back door overlooking the lagoon.

We walked in by accident. The food is stunning. We are a vegetarian family and ordered a assertion of startes to share. Best Humus I ever had, amazing Potatoes Harra. So tasty and slightly crispy, best potatoes ever. Yes I am delighted. I come since over ten years to El Gouna, but this was so far my best food experience. Thank you. 🙏🏻

Merbey is easily one of the best restaurants in El Gouna. The atmosphere, the ambience and most importantly the food are all top notch. To make things unforgettable, the service is incredibly good as well. We came here for dinner and were treated to some of the most amazing and authentic Chicken Shawarma, Fatayes and Kunafas. With a little stream flowing by the side and the cool evening breeze, I would highly recommend this place for a nice dinner and creating some amazing memories of El Gouna.
