Bonjour, la vente de votre Bungalow à Turre pour 85000€ est inadmissible sachant que depuis des années l’ensemble des canalisations d’eaux usées de ce bungalow fuit et inonde les voisins attenant à la maison. C’est un vice caché et maintenant vous ne pouvez plus dire que vous ne saviez pas en tant qu’opérateur immobilier, donc vous ne pouvez vendre ce bien tant que le propriétaire n’a pas réalisé les travaux de réparation.
