We had an excellent month-long stay in one of Samantha and Heather's amazing apartments in Mojacar! the whole process was really smooth, and they were always on hand immediately, when we had queries. The flat was spotless, well equipped and a really great place to spend a month. Great service!

Heather and Sam have been fantastic at finding us a wonderful property to spend February and March in Mojacar. We are very grateful for all the have done. Coastal Properties are the sort of firm that will go the extra mile if needs be, but have made everything so simple for us. A big thank you, we will have no hesitation in coming back 😃

Really great service from the team at Coastal Properties. Professional and efficient and really helpful with local information too. The property we rented was beautifully clean (very important with Covid issues) and we felt confident being there. As a renter I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service. Rented a property through this company last year. Felt safe and secure booking through them. Property was lovely. The staff were fab if we had a question or issue they were quick to reply/answer regardless of the time. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Very professional and friendly service from start to finish by Heather, Samantha and the team. Nothing is too much trouble for them, as we found out whilst renting a property through them in Mojacar for over four months. Very prompt and efficient handling of any query ... no matter how small the query might be, they are there for you and are extremely customer focused. Hemos estado en agosto de 2021 y solo puedo hablar cosas buenas tanto del ático que es una pasada,como de la anfitriona Samantha que no es una anfitriona es una súper anfitriona atenta desde el primer día.no funcionaba bien la nevera cuando llegamos y a las 2 horas nos estaban poniendo un frigorífico nuevo y para cualquier cosa que la llamábamos nos cogía el tlf a la primera,y para rematar su excelente atención nos regaló un día más por las molestias . Solo puedo decir que recomiendo tanto el apartamento como a la súper anfitriona SAMANTHA 100%…

Llevamos muchos años alquilando apartamentos con ellos.Son amables y rápidos a la hora de solucionar pequeños problemas que puedan surgir durante la estancia. Transmiten mucha confianza. Recomendable cien por cien.
