Had a bit of a tricky job done by DCM on Friday. I’m so impressed. Mark and Junior were excellent, and Mark was so helpful no matter what my question. The friendliness from the ladies at reception seems to permeate this business. I highly recommend.

A very good service, advice and installation have been received after we discovered that our old airco did not worked quite well. Upon checking in January Jason gave us two options, one was to repair the old one and see how long it would last or, replace it by a new better airco. We were happy that we decided to go for the new option and it was installed yesterday where we faced bad weather causing some delay because of the rain. Although this negative impact, Jason arrived upon siesta time and started the installation. It took some time but the results were satisfying. Another advantage was the total price to be paid. Had a baxi solar water heater fitted by DCM and the day after my husband was trying to fix an unrelated water leak from an outside tap, unfortunately the leak turned into a major leak and we had to turn our mains water supply off. The shop was closed but I tried to call and Tamara answered straight away
she was very understanding and helpful and said she would contact Jason and get back to me. Even though Jason had been busy all day (Saturday) he turned up with his team after he had finished his job and quickly fixed the problem for us no questions asked. We want to say a massive thank you to the team for an excellent service, we will definitely be using their service again in the future and would certainly recommend their service to others.

Giant thanks to Dave over at Digitek for taking the time to swing by and fix my mum's Sky box today. He made and old lady with a broken TV very happy again once he fixed the problem and she's now happily watching The Chase again with a big smile on her face! Can't thank him enough!!

I had 2 A/C units installed. They came at the scheduled time which was within a few days, the price was cheaper than the competition, and the staff friendly and helpful. In summary, an example to follow of how a business should be run. I wish others were like that.
