Visiting the wine bodega is a must-see the view is fantastic. The tour offered great explanations, and what stood out is their dedication to producing all-natural, chemical-free wine. It's inspiring to witness this family's success and commitment to pure winemaking.

An absolutely lovely vineyard outside of Ronda. We were fortunate to visit on a less busy day and the owner have us a private tour of the grounds and an explanation of how their wines are made, the climate in the area, and how their distribution network works. She was also kind enough to give us a wine tasting in her own kitchen and got to try several different types of wine from their vineyard, including collaborations they were working on with other vintners. We were sad to have been limited in our bottle haul that we ended up purchasing as we know we can only bring so many bottles back with us in checked luggage.

We look forward to being able to visit again in the near future. A part of me wants to tell everyone about Bodegas Ramon-Paul but another wants to keep it secret so I can keep enjoying it without a crazy rush of people to compete against!

Really an amazing place! We booked day-of via phone then What’s App on our way from Caminito del Rey to Seville. We are so lucky we experienced Ramos-Paul. We enjoyed a perfect day, tour of the grounds and wine-making process, history of the region, and wine tasting with tapas. The view and environment, conversation, and story of Ramos-Paul is one not to be missed. We especially enjoyed playing with the new winery pup, Tinta! Thank you for such a generous and lovely afternoon.

We spent a few hours with the host and had an excellent time. It’s a home first, and a winery second in the best way possible! We really enjoyed learning about their family story and how they’ve developed their wines. We look forward to returning during our next visit to Andalusia!

Pillar and her husband make this winery the ultimate wine tourism experience. Their authenticity, passion and generosity will make you a memorable visit.
We had the opportunity to visit many wineries in different parts of the world and this was the best experience by far.
We were a group of eight and had lunch on their beautiful terrasse and everyone agreed it was something we will never forget.
Thank you so much.

We dropped by out of curiosity and the owners Pilar and Nane were very kind to show us around, tell us a bit about their fascinating entrepreneurship story and give us a taste of their 2006 wine.

Great experience and lovely winery. We were driving by the road and saw the beautiful building and entrance from far way. The owner Pilar was very accommodating and took us in a tour even though they were already closed. The building is amazing and has a great view of The Valley and the nearby pueblo of Grazalema. Their cellar was built in a tunnel beneath the house and the Roman ruins. Very pretty. The wines were also great. Definitely recommend stopping by!

If you're looking for an exceptional vineyard experience in Andalusia, then Ramos-Paul in Ronda is a must-visit. Pilar, the host, did an outstanding job showing my wife and I around and explaining the winemaking process. The story of Ramos-Paul is fascinating, as Pilar and her husband Nané had no prior experience in wine production before starting the vineyard in 2000.

The €30 wine tasting and tour is an excellent value for money and highly recommended. If you're looking for a more comprehensive experience, the package that includes a full meal is also worth considering. During our visit, we had the opportunity to taste Ramos-Paul's 2005 and 2006 wines, as well as their two new single-grape (Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon as I recall) wines. Pilar's knowledge of the wines is impressive, and her passion for the vineyard is evident in every aspect of the tour.

One of the standout wines is the Ramos-Paul 2006, which is both underrated and underpriced. If it were a French wine or from a more famous region such as Rioja, it would undoubtedly cost much more. It's challenging to find outside of Andalusia (Corte Ingles in Marbella and some bodegas stock it), so take advantage of the opportunity to buy while visiting the vineyard. I purchased a case of the 2006 and some of the single-grape Tempranillo, and I'm delighted with my choices.

Overall, we had an incredible experience at Ramos-Paul, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic vineyard experience. Pilar's warmth, knowledge, and hospitality make this a top-notch destination for wine lovers. Don't miss out on this hidden gem in the historic and picturesque town of Ronda, Andalusia!

One of the best tasting experiences I've ever had. We were sightseeing in the area and stumbled upon the winery. It was late afternoon but we drove up and the owner and his wonderful dog warmly welcomed us, took us on a lovely tour of the winery, and invited us to taste. The wine was incredible and we bought a few cases to bring back with us.
