Maravilloso lugar y trato espectacular, volvemos seguro,un 10 por todo

Didn’t manage to stay here, but we did book with Booking.com where the details given were; that it was a pet friendly place to stay; beach activities; and card payments only.
We were charged €33 for cancelling, even after requesting to cancel without a fee due to the misinformation given.
The place looks beautiful, and the reviews sound fantastic however once we had made the booking we received further information.
Although card details were taken, we received a message to say a cash payment is required when you arrive.
We were also advised that dogs cannot be left alone in the accommodation! When the weather is due to be 32 degrees it wasn’t suitable to me to take our dog everywhere with us.
On further investigation, the hotel is on an unmade road and a 10/12 minutes drive to the beach.
For these reasons I wanted to cancel, but was charged for this.
I’m sure it’s a beautiful accommodation and the hosts sound perfect in all reviews, I just want to give others a heads up of the information we received AFTER a booking was made.
Disappointed.
