What a lovely lady helpful assistant. Husband was wanting a new watch and saw one in this shop window. The assistant showed him a few he liked and tried on. One he wanted needed some adjustment which she had a little difficulty doing but she rang what we think was her manager who came in on his day off to sort. We went to a local cafe bar to get a drink and on return to shop the watch was ready. The item was packaged lovely which all added to the purchase experience.
