Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast, they had fresh juices, fresh baked goods and fruit, meats, cheeses, and many other options. Hotel is close to shops, plaza mayor, restaurants, aqueduct, and many other activities. We walked to everything. Really enjoyed our time in Segovia, it is a place to definitely visit and come back to. Another must see is a visit to La Granja, easily accessible via a taxi near the aqueduct.

Nice hotel not too far from the square. Friendly service. Spa, pool, sauna, and workout room available. I had a massage at the spa. It was nice and relaxing. Beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was pastries, breads, meats, cheeses as well as juices, coffees, and teas. Bar available during certain hours. Be patient if the bartender isn't there. Ask the front desk person to call them as I saw the bartender in the kitchen as well. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place. Wonderful staff.. breakfast is plentiful. Parking is great but it’s a bit of a maze to get back into the hotel but once you figure it out. No problemo. Very well situated. 10 minutes to the aqua duct. 3 minutes to the plaza..

Outstanding stay with a beautifully designed room which keeps some aspects of the original historic architecture and a huge terrace overlooking a valley.
Some highlights: The towels are plush, the shower provides strong water pressure, and firm memory pillows are provided upon request. The breakfast quality is extremely good, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of cold cuts and fruits. The entire design of this hotel is amazing, incorporating the new and old seamlessly.
Maybe reading lights by the bed could be provided, as the lightings were quite dim and yellow, but I guess it creates a atmospheric ambience in the room

We had a quick stay here visiting Segovia. The hotel located just a brief walk from the square by the Cathedral. It is a great combination of old convent meets modern. Comfortable rooms with great bathrooms. The buffet breakfast should not be missed. Had everything you could want and then some. The staff was very helpful with all our questions and even had some umbrellas available for us to take out sightseeing on our rainy day. Would easily stay here again when visiting Segovia and of course I recommend it to others.

Brilliant hotel. Staff are so friendly, rooms large, well-appointed and clean. Great breakfast. Hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to the various landmarks. Parking was easy. Plenty of local bars and restaurants . Segovia is well worth visiting

We had a huge, comfortable room. The main problem was navigating inside the hotel: the place is a maze of twisty passages and stairways. We got the hang of it eventually, but it took a while.

There's a very good restaurant on the premises, but it seems that they and the hotel don't talk to one another.

Wonderful hotel in a historic building. Lots of original features are maintained, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Right in the old town and a short walk from the major sights. Staff are friendly and professional. Pricey, but a great experience and lovely place to stay.

I spent a focus working day in this calm and beautiful hotel. There are several places to work: the library, the lobby - see picture above and the common area. The view from the room was beautiful and the breakfast tables also allow to work but only until breakfast ends. The lobby bar is not very recommended for more than a coffee, next time i will try their restaurant instead. I love the ancient-modern mix. Parking available (15€ -day)

The hotel is in a beautiful old convent, absolutely stunning, comfortable and excellent location. The staff incredibly kind and helpful. I forgot a very valuable necklace in the pocket of spa robe and only realised when back at home, I called them they went out of their way to find it and posted it to me. I am really grateful to their team, thank you so much.

I found El Convento to be very pleasant, quiet, serene and comfortable.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels my wife and I have stayed in. We loved the architecture throughout and especially in our room. Parking was very simple with their garage. It is about a 12 minute walk to the Castle of Segovia in one direction and 10 minute walk to the Aqueduct. It is five minutes from the main plaza where most of the top food choices are as well. You will love staying here and highly recommended

This hotel is very nice, specially in Segovia with limited 5 star hotels.
A complete convertion and renovation a centuries old building, a Capuchine Convent as the name describes, is in itself a challenge. Modern decor makes a pleasing juxtaposition to the austere surroundings.

Plenty of opportunities to get lost and pretend you are admiring the Medival Architecture. Thankfully good signage makes it easier to navigate, but not for the faint of heart.

All rooms are said to be different, so pictures of rooms are not very reliable for what you may experience.

Overall it was good choice, away from the masses, but close enough to all the nice sites in the Old City.

Beautiful hotel and great location. It has a small gym and a (paid) sauna. The rooms are beautiful and unique. The hotel is in an old building, making it very cool and fresh in the scorching hot weather of Spain’s summer.

The hotel is located within walking distance to every sight. The longest maybe 15mins.

We stayed in the superior double room and that was like a suite. Extremely big room with a huge bed.

Breakfast was not bad at all either although I was expecting a little bit more for this high-quality hotel

This place is special. It is, first of all, extremely quiet and comfortable. The wifi works, and the location is great. Parking is available. Lastly, the place is gorgeous. It is a rehabbed convent, and the modifications have been made seamlessly. It is austere, but beautifully appointed. What a gem. It is also rather pricey, but not for four stars.
