Very nice hotel. Good place, all commodities are around the hotel, very easy by walk.
Staff is very friendly and professional, very nice restaurant inside the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, myself & my fiancé booked a 5 night stay as a little last minute holiday. We had never been to this part of Spain but it was actually the luxurious rooms of the suites we had seen online that appealed to us and the rave reviews of the food which I’m happy to say were all true! We don’t speak Spanish very well and were a little embarrassed about this as this particular region of Spain is mostly locals and Spanish speaking people and we were worried of looking ignorant however the staff of the hotel and the surrounding bars & restaurants couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly to us and made us feel very welcome. The level of care from every member of staff we encountered was amazing they truly did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, 5 star service indeed ⭐! We loved the hot tubs in the room, the well stocked mini bar, the pool side bar with its amazing food & drinks, the dinners in the hotel restaurant were unbelievably delicious and they played great music too, the hotel gym was another favourite spot of ours given we’re both big gym go-ers the lighting & equipment was top notch. We loved the very private pool area (even though the weather wasn’t super warm & the pool is not heated) this did not stop myself & my fiancé - both from chilly Scotland 🥶😂 from jumping in and out of the lovely pool! We had a really great stay and would just like to send our gratitude to the amazing staff they truly made our stay so special. We will always remember them so thank you!! And we highly highly recommend staying here our favourite hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at 🥰

This Hotel is just wauw. We stay unfortunately only on night with our baby but is was a very nice stay. The hotel rooms (suites) are nice, clean and super spacious. The whirlpool in the room was so nice and relaxing after a day at the beach. It worked perfectly and has enough space for 3 people. The staff is nice and friendly and they all love children :). A night prior our stay the reception called me up and asked me if we need a baby bed. The beach and all restaurants are only 5 minutes by walk reachable. The breakfast buffet is ok and has a lot if choice. Hopefully we can come back for another time

Amazing hotel, great service, close to one of the best surf spot of Cantabria. The village is not the nicest compared to Comillas, Santillana Del Mar or Santander, but close to all of these fantastic places. Great choice to stay.

Visited for a drink and the bar was unusual and interesting.

Hotel Costa Esmeralda Suites was a hotel I stayed in whilst travelling through Spain. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, all in all I have no complaints about my stay at this hotel, so I award a five star review.

Great service. The hotel gave us as a present vegetables from local farms which is very special gift.

Very cool hotel!!

Hemos estado 5 dias con nuestra hija, y de verdad, TODO el personal es una maravilla, con especial mención a recepción y el servicio en los desayunos (la señora de la plancha, una delicia de persona).
El hotel muy limpio, bien ubicado...lo tiene todo.
Muy, MUY recomendable. Repetiremos seguro.

Tuvimos una increíble estancia durante dos noches en el hotel. Todos los que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables y cordiales. Especialmente Vanesa.

El desayuno es increíble y sumamente abundante. Mención extra a las habitaciones y espacios como la piscina y la sauna.

Por último, se puede disfrutar del gimnasio y el hotel está muy cerca de la playa.

Muy buen hotel, con instalaciones muy agradables!! Trato INCREIBLE de todo el personal (recepción, limpieza, restaurante...). Desayuno muy variado, de calidad. Se agradece el trato con una niña pequeña que venía con nosotros.

Buscando hoteles para las vacaciones, mi mujer encontró este. Sorprendentemente había habitaciónes para pasar nuestras vacaciones allí ya que era un lugar (Suances) que no conocíamos. El hotel es precioso. Instalaciones perfectas (piscina, gym, bar, comedor,. recepción...etc) muy bien ubicado,. bajábamos todos los días a la playa andando. La gente del hotel (recepción, limpieza camareros y camareras, incluso gente de mantenimiento) ENCANTADORA. La habitación amplia, muy bien decorada y siempre limpia. NOS ENCANTÓ TODO. Ya estamos pensando en repetir para el año que viene.

Fitness-Raum und ausreichend Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Zum Strand ist es ein Stück, da es recht steil bergab geht.

Mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación estaba genial. Fuimos dos adultos y dos niños y había espacio de sobra. El desayuno genial. Lugar tranquilo y en excelentes condiciones. Lo del jacuzzi en la habitación es un extra increíble. El hotel tiene un acceso trasero que permite llegar a la playa en 2 min andando. Dispone de parking. Muy recomendable.

He estado alojado una semana en este hotel y solo puedo decir que ha sido una gran experiencia.
El personal del hotel te hace sentir como en casa en todo momento.
El desayuno es variado y abundante con multiples opciones. A destacar las tortillas y crepes que te hacen en el momento.
Las habitaciones estan bien insonorizadas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable.
Servicio de limpieza perfecto a diario y en tiempo.
Sin duda recomiendo.

No exagero cuando digo que sin duda es el mejor hotel en el que mi familia se ha podido alojar. No le veo ningún punto negativo; los trabajadores súper atentos y amables. Las instalaciones con el gimnasio y la piscina, son súper completas. Y las habitaciones son excelentes. Pedimos un cambio de la habitación en la que estábamos a una más luminosa y ellos se encargaron de todo sin poner ninguna pega. Por no hablar de los desayunos con todo tipo de comida y con Eva en la plancha que nunca he visto a nadie con tanta habilidad y amabilidad en su trabajo. Sin lugar a dudas, vamos a volver. Gracias a todo el servicio por hacer estas vacaciones tan agradables.

Bonito edificio y buena ubicación, muy cerca del muelle y de la playa de La Concha. Habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas. Muchas plazas para aparcar. Estupenda comida en el bar y buenos cócteles. Un lugar al que vinimos, volvimos y al que volveremos.Decoración en torno al mundo del motor. Nos encanta.
