Farmacia la duquesa

This has always been my local chemist but since Rita not there it’s not the same. PLEASE BRING BACK RITA!!!

My wife had her bag snatched while sat outside a restaurant in Duquesa square and was understandably very upset and shook up.
The staff at the chemist come to our aid, called the police and got her a seat and glass of water and even helped to call our bank to block her cards. We only got Eva’s name but want to thank both of them from the bottom of our hearts for helping- thank you xxxx🙏🏻

Superb Pharmacy! This place is a treasure! Miguel and all the staff there are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The owner Miguel spend years practising in the UK and so is familiar with all the UK brand names that would stump your average Pedro Pharmacy. Extremely well stocked with very long opening hours. Even if you're not in the area it's worth a drive to be understood and to avoid the usual helpful unapologetic Spanish shrugs at lesser establishments accompanied by the all too familiar "not possebul (sic), we we're waiting for a delivery, come back mañana!....". Of course their very best feature is, NO SIESTA!

I must say that i went there because it was the only one open pharmacy around and I was not disapointed. The staff working here were extra nice and always ready with the advice. I spoke few words in spanish but the wonderfull lady who was serving me spoke a little english and step by step I got what I needed. She was extra polite and with sens of humor and lots of patience for me. It was very funny and uniqe experience and very plesant one. Thank you dear Spanish lady ;)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always provide a good service without a problem, highly recommended.

War vor 2 Jahren da und wurde super bedient jeden Monat einmal holte ich meine Somatolie Krebsspritze hier und es klappt hervorragend.
Auch im November werde ich wieder kommen und mich auf ihren freundlichen und hervorragend Dienst am Kunden freuen, danke bis in vier Wochen 🙂

Bonjour, j'avais une prescription numérique belge pour mon traitement.
Je me suis fait refuser la délivrance dans une autre pharmacie, sous prétexte que c'est une ordonnance étrangère par une pharmacienne incompétente, qui ne connait pas la loi.
La pharmacie a La Duquesa m'avait fait délivrer mes médicaments sans aucune question.
Une pharmacie qui connait la loi,, qui est compétente, serviable et aimable.
Je recommande.

Que esté abierto las 24h en una zona tan concurrida en pleno agosto es una cosa estupenda, ya que en cualquier momento puede surgir una emergencia o necesidad, como fue el caso.

Excelente atención por profesionales. Muy atentos, siempre dispuestos a responder y asesorar al cliente. Seriedad y compromiso hacen muy agradable la visita. Discreción total y manejo de idiomas. Felicitaciones
