Asador Las Brasas

I recently dined at Asador Las Brasas in Manilva and it was an exceptional culinary experience. This restaurant truly knows how to impress with its flavors and presentation.

Gambon al Pil Pil: The meal started with the Gambon al Pil Pil. The prawns were cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The garlic and chili oil in which they were cooked added a delightful kick that tantalized the taste buds.

Ribs: The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the ribs. They were huge, yet cooked perfectly. The meat was succulent, falling off the bone, and had a beautiful smoky flavor that was simply irresistible. The seasoning and cooking technique used by the chef really shone through, making these some of the best ribs I’ve ever had.

Fried Calamari and Fries: To accompany the main dishes, I had the fried calamari with fries. The calamari was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not overly greasy. The fries were a perfect side - golden and crispy.

Overall Experience: The ambiance of Asador Las Brasas is warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The quality of the ingredients and the skill in preparation made this meal memorable.

Really nice food and service. We loved their Rabo de toro. Their Carrillada was nice too. Especially the rice and fries are worth mentioning 😊
It’s a typical Spanish restaurant, more of a terrace with walls. Don’t be fooled by that, in Spain it’s all about the food & people! 💪🏻 Really big portions, we had the 1/2 raciones, more than enough per person, as other people mentioned here…

Great place to visit serving delicious food with reasonable price.
The menu has a vast selection of options and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The half portion is more than enough for one person.
Definitely recommend it but, avoid the pick time as it can be very busy as it's very popular.

Went here recently. Ordered a steak which turned out to be 5 medium sized steaks on a plate. Of the two I ate taissesd proper good. Will defo go back. You can order half sized portions which will be more than enough.
