Seve Ballesteros-Santander Airport

The Seve ballesteros is not a big international airport compared to that of Madrid but it is lovely,neat and has all amenities .You have shops, eateries, car hire services and you can get taxis and buses easily there.

Santander is a beautiful place to see there are many places to visit in and around it. We visited a safari zoo which can be seen by car or by foot if you love to walk. We did by foot and it was fun. We also visited other cities by coach. There is a small storage area in the bus station. We put our luggage in there last day so no need to go back to hotel for luggage as we were in the city centre. There are some halal food which you can order from the hotel. Bakery food is very nice and delicious and not expensive specially in the bus station the coffee and bakery stuff we found more cheaper than the city centre if anyone looking for a cheaper and good food. People are very nice and friendly and ready to help. Flights were also cheap. We visited in March

Excellent airport. Small and compact airport which was very clean and similar to other Aena airports. Shop after duty free. Cafe is reasonably priced. No waits on security and little wait at passport control. Would recommend.

Cute little airport, there's a shop and a cafe inside, past security.
Check in and security went very quick.
If your flight is from gates 6 or 7, be aware that there's nothing up there (no shops or vending machines) and you can't go back downstairs.
There's also very limited seating upstairs.
WiFi was good and there are quite a few sockets dotted around the place.

Better than it was just a couple of years ago, when airplanes weren't coordinated with public transport. Today, flight from Dubli arrives at 11 am Sunday and by 12:30 pm you are in town on a public bus. It could be better coordinated but better that than nothing. Also, and that's why it gets a 5, passport control very quick and efficient.

The service provided by the disabled assistance was 1st class. Thank you Javier for looking after my husband and I. Nothing was a problem for you and your colleagues airside. 13.10.23. Santander Edinburgh 11:15 flight. Slightly delayed but very unusual. Great little airport.

Small and easy to use. Very little waiting time for luggage.

Great airport, small, clean and easy to get through and straight on to the motorway.

Travelled from Manchester, small but efficient. Facilities ladies toilets clean and maintained, There is only one cafe to buy food and drinks, it would be nice to have options.
There is a small duty free available.
For those travelling by public transport , the service to Santander is very efficient every 1/2 to the town centre bus station and visa versa just over 3 euros

Small airport, friendly employees overall, a 10-minute bus ride from the city. Take the airport bus from the bus terminal and pay the driver. I posted a picture of the strange artwork inside. We took Volotea Airlines and they offered us free bag check.

Everything a regional airport should be, quick disembark, quickly though passport control (friendly officers).A bus literally waiting outside for €3.20 ea. (cash only) and within 20 mins. in the centre of town 😍

Small airport, everything goes quickly

Quaint airport. Parking across terminal makes it very convenient. Easy check-in and security. Small Boarding area a bit packed with few placea to seat. 4 flights departing at the same time ao imagine it was peak time for the airport. Clean bathrooms (2 stalls), small cafeteria and Duty Free shop to buy your last food delicacies before leaving!

Aeropuerto de Santander es fantistico. Our Ryanair flight to Dubliin is about to leave early.😌

Well comfortable and covid precautions are taken care of....

Security guy couldn't understand why i was latino with EU passport had to explain why my family was from Europe. Had an amazing pincho, got the full Spanish experience 10/10 would recommend.
