Hotel Eurostars Plaza Acueducto

Well in fact the hotel is quite, nice, and elegant. But I must say the girls who work on it.. make it special and different I guess.. specially one who really help out in difficult moments with the car.. she was even sick.. but still had to really work harder in another place.. how ever.. I forgot her name, but her smile, and education just awesome 👍. Probably should be better paid and then she doesn't have to work in another job.. how ever excellent service.

Place is exceptionally located close to the Acueduct and nearby restaurants.Rooms are much better tahn last time we ca.e in 1 year ago. They have a breakfast rest which ope s at 7am. Still benefit from a bar inside. But again location, location is the word

Literally a stone throw away from the Acueduct and the historic town centre in walking distance.
Reception staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has parking and the elevator takes you to all floors.
We had breakfast and whether sweet or savoury you will find something to your taste from the self serve buffet and coffee and other drinks.
The room has a small fridge and comfy big double bed and bathroom comes with soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner dispensers.

My wife and four friends stayed here on May 13, 2021 and it was a super place through and through with some of the greatest views of the Aqueduct of Segovia that I've ever seen. Breakfast was terrific as was the front desk. Nacho, who was working the desk the evening we arrived, was great and made us feel at home. When in Segovia, this is the place to stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. It included basic toiletries, a fridge, shower and tub, bidet, and safe. The room overlooked the plaza and aquaduct but was high enough off the ground to be private. The staff was also courteous.

Perfectly located at the base of the Roman aqueduct and a short walk from the city center and the Alcazar. Staff spoke good English for those who are still learning.

5* for location, cleaned rooms, and nice staff. This hotel has been recently renewed: room is in good conditions, bathroom has very good size. Parking costs 15 euros.

Everything at this hotel was simply perfect. The service, location, breakfast and price. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for a hotel in Segovia you should definitely think about this one.

Hotel location very good closer to the aqueduct. I asked to change the room due to noise and it was prompted fixed by reception
