Cole's of Andalucia

We were looking to purchase a house with Coles of Andalusia and we put down a holding deposit. Then found a few issues that made us uncomfortable with the house. Simon was true to his word when he said that he wants clients to be 100% happy with the new purchase, and returned the holding deposit back to us.... we were very disappointed about the house, but very impressed with Coles of Andalusia. Both Simon and Sam were truly classy people, wouldn't hesitate a bit of using them again!

We have recently completed on our chosen villa in Arboleas introduced to us by Simon Cole.
We found SImon to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and focused on finding the right property to suit our wishes and requirements. He has supported us during the whole process of finding and purchasing a property and been able to promptly respond to our questions and queries as they frequently arose.
I have no hesitation in recommending his services if you are serious about finding your place in the sun and want to deal with a genuine guy.

Bought my house from Simon at Coles and all i can say is he is the person to use if you want to buy a property over here, he from the start went out of his way to help.

Contacted me keeping me updated and was so helpful when i was based in the UK, what stood out more was when i was i was not in Spain, he helped with the property getting the keys for me off the solicitor, there was a two day gap from this and he went over and took video of the place for me showing it was secure.

I was so thankful of this and it didn’t stop there, even after i collected the keys, it was over whelming for me and there was some questions that i needed help with so he contacted the previous owners and got me the answers.

Not bought a property yet, but when we've called in to the office in Turre the staff have been very friendly and accomodating The viewings we've had so far with Sam have been punctual, informative and extremely helpful. Pipped at the post with that last property on a golf course, but we'll keep trying.The website is easy to follow and Coles keep us updated with the latest properties. We sold our much loved villa, last week through Simon, Rob and the team at Coles.

We were always advised in advance that there would be a viewing and feedback was received in most cases following each viewing.

Our “security” needs were quite manual and onerous so someone had to go to the villa 15 minutes in advance of a viewing and then remain at the property afterwards to lock up.

We found Simon and Coles very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have just sold our house using Coles and couldn't be happier with the service. We were slightly outside their usual geographical area but they agreed to represent us. From the day the advert went live it was a week to our first viewing, an offer was made and accepted at the viewing and 4 weeks later we were at the notary. I believe this outcome is due to the fabulous quality of the photos and videos that were used to advertise our house. I think buyers would have felt that they were actually there. Simon is very professional but yet really down to earth and really goes out of his way to help find whatever customers are looking for. It can be very scary and daunting when you want to buy a property abroad and I felt extremely comfortable and felt in safe hands with Simon and his staff as their friendliness, professionalism and knowlege of the properties, property market and all the legal jargon, including finding a Mortgage for you if needed are second to none. Very professional and friendly estate agent. Took time to understand our requirements and we saw some lovely properties plus we were given air of advice. Their website has videos of homes which are really well done and gives a better idea of properties compared to only using photos.

Simon show edge us several properties over a couple of days and over a very large area. His local knowledge is fantastic, he was like a walking encyclopaedia. He was never pushy full of useful advice and generally a really nice guy as was Jo in the office, if we asked for something like photos location it was done immediately. Sadly we never brought of Coles but would hesitate to use them or recommend them

I have used this company to view properties in Spain.
