Such a great shop. All their employees are very good but in particular Maria is extra friendly and efficient. Top customer service!

A well run machine. Friendly staff.
Knowledge of the category not always there as I talked to staff about an article they didn't seem to know well and too quickly let go of the customer by saying they don't have it in their store.
They did and I found it later. Careful here: ask deeper of get more category knowledge.
That said, it is more a suggestion than a problem. The store was excellently kept and clearly has a great store manager and team

David was amazing. He helped me with all my things. He went out of his way. Thank you. And he helped my elderly friend who can’t see very well. She was a bit lost and he came to the rescue. This was on a Sunday 15th of October

Jordina was very helpful, and helped find everything we needed. The language barrier wasn't an issue as she spoke very good English. Very polite quick and efficient

The staff here were absolutely amazing. Javi is the most helpful retail employee I have ever met in my whole life. He understood exactly what I needed and he worked very hard to help me find it. We went to buy walking poles and he helped us find exactly what we needed to buy. I'm honestly so impressed with the service I got from Javi. Thank you so much!
