Hotel Best Oasis Park

Great hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, always cleaning and tidying every part of the hotel. Rooms are lovely, clean and made fresh everyday. We stayed all inclusive and I can not fault the food, there is something for everyone and always refilled as it starts getting low. Pool is a little small for size of hotel but het you can't have it all. The beach is a little far out but within walking distance and some good shops along the way.
Just to confirm that staff in every part of the hotel are fantastic.

First time at this hotel but really enjoyed it. Great location, close to airport and amenities. Standard room but all you need to get your head down at night, cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I’m a fussy eater but had a wide selection of food and always something I enjoyed. Entertainment at night was good and kids entertainers throughout stay. I hired a car as my eldest daughter had hurt her foot before our holiday and was in a protective boot, however parking was almost non existent due to popular area and no spaces, however that was a me problem and nothing to do with actual hotel or experience as there are plenty of buses and transport available. All in all a great holiday and would easily return and recommend to others.

From the first day to the last, the staff were fantastic. From keeping the place clean and tidy (and it was spotless), to service at the bar, they never stop.

Room was more than enough for 3 of us, 2 adults and one kid, and once again, the staff were always on top of it.

The location is excellent. Not too far from the center of all the night life, but also nearby a small beach that is a hidden gem.

When I return to Salou, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Absolutely love this hotel! I’m 36 and came with my parents as a child and once I had a family of my own I returned with them and come back each year! Never had any issues whatsoever, hotel is beautifully clean and staff are incredible. Honestly would never stay anywhere else. I’m currently here now say by the pool and will be booking for next year as soon I return home!

Rooms are basic, but cleaned everyday. All inclusive is very worthwhile . . Poolside grub is great for the kids. Dinners cover any taste . . From basic to adventurous. Good hotel . . Would recommend to family's . . Location is excellent for everything.

Holiday was great, I have 2 fussy eaters, we were half board, food was a buffet breakfast and dinner, thought they had a great selection, hotel was in a great location, just booked for next year all inclusive.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned everyday. 4 pools plenty of room for everyone. Activities and entertainment everyday. Restaurant was great, plenty of choice for food. No complaints, we really enjoyed the week there. Not far from beach and main strip.

I stayed at the oasis park hotel mid June 2023 and it was a great experience. The all you can eat buffet, had a lot of variety (something everybody would enjoy as im a picky eater), the bar was very accessible from the pool and the all inclusive was a great investment as self service soft drinks and draught Estrella was always on the go for me.
Although everything was great about this hotel, the reason I would come back to sunny Salou is to spend more time with Mercedes & Judith (Entertainment team) as they create an amazing atmosphere in and around the pool when they are doing the daily activities which included Aquagym, pool, darts etc. and they setup great evening entertainment which could include bingo, karaoke, singers & dancers...They were so inclusive and really cared about what the children and adults wanted that were staying in the hotel, It was a great way to spend the day at the pool and to end the evening, enjoy a drink, and a giggle, because once the main entertainment was over it was PARTY TIME!!!! Where the two girls went above and beyond to get everyone involved and either sing or dance....in all honesty the two girls were amazing and one of the best entertainment teams I have ever met.

After reading some of the reviews in the lead up to our holiday, I was a bit skeptical about what to expect. Upon arriving, we were greeted by happy and polite staff at reception. They explained the All Inclusive details and gave us key cards for our rooms. They are basic, but have everything you're going to need. Fairly comfortable beds (extra pillows sent up when requested), and they rooms were cleaned and bed linen changed daily.
The 4 pools are great. People saying they're cold are right, but once you're in it's lovely. The pool areas are clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds and chairs and tables. It could do with removing 1 or 2 trees to maximise the sun, but it's nice to see the greenery too.
The bar staff are brilliant, Manuel and Darlin (amongst the others) work really hard and are always happy. A great selection of drinks available on the all Inc and the self serve soft drinks, water and Estrella Damm Beer tap is great. The bar snacks are also very good and the kids loved the ice creams too (magnums, cornettos, ice cream pots and tropical ice lollies).
I saw lots of reviews stating the food is the same each night. I didn't eat the same thing twice. This includes lunch, these so called 'non-picky eaters' are not being true to themselves and my family and I really enjoyed the food available. We only are out once (Dong Fang Chinese) and regretted it. Various meats and fish available on the grill station and lots of hot and cold options too, as well as dessert. Anna, raquel and the dining room team were really good too.
Lastly, Judith and Mercedes on the animation team were amazing. They catered for all of the children and engaged really well with them to get them involved in games and activities and even got the adults involved too. The mini disco was great and the children enjoyed it. The evening entertainment was good too. The flamenco dancers, the singers, the music quiz and the dance night were all good.
My mum used the spa and said it was amazing.
All in all, a great hotel that is clean, tidy, well staffed with friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in the oasis park hotel June 2023 and I found it a great value for money with the different options in the buffet and the all inclusive at the bar where you can pour your own drinks.

Not only was it a great value for money but the two girls doing entertainment Judith and Mercedes were absolutely incredible with the entertainment and activities not only for children but adults too! I could not think more highly of these two woman.

They do entertainment in the mornings with the children and through out the day, they have activities for adults and children such as pool, volleyball, and Zumba. And at night they organise people to come in like dancers, singers, and they do bingo and a musical quiz themselves.

And when you think the night is over you are wrong because Mercedes and Judith put music on and have a dance party to finish your night off. They give so much of their time listening to what the children want to do and what songs you want to listen too.

They are two amazing entertainers and I will 100% be back to the oasis park hotel purely to see Judith and Mercedes at work and to join in with all the activities, they are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond for the clientele!!

rooms can be on the small side the service is on point location is great not far from the 1 beach and hotel is situated on the main strip

Had a great holiday here in June. The all inclusive option had great choices with snacks available. Rooms clean and spacious with a balcony. Close to all amenities and a short walk to the beach. Look forward to returning

Stayed here September last year half board, Lovely hotel and the young staff that did the entertainment were really friendly, great with the kids (4 & 8). Would highly recommend this hotel. Food was great cater for all. Day and night entertainment was really good. Good kids disco. Down side is the big pool was really cold but didn’t bother my 4 year old. But Would definitely go back there.

Terrific hotel, quite compact for 6 floors but you'd expect that given the location. Pool area lively and crowded (August 2019) but never had trouble finding loungers for 4. Entertainment team are amazing, tireless and great with kids. All-inclusive meals were good, don't expect several English choices at each sitting but they do have a special section (and grill) for those who don't want to branch out too much. If you're willing to try new things, the menu is excellent and highly varied (it does repeat weekly but 5-6 main options per meal). We found the seafood and roast meats to be particularly agreeable. The staff are hardworking and you rarely see an empty pot left for long. Rooms are clean and domestic staff are friendly and diligent. The only slight negative is the sequencing and capacity of the lifts. It can lead to frustrating waits at times which is worse when it is 29 degrees and you're laden down with inflatables for the pool. That said, the stairs are much faster and those without disabilities or small children should probably use them instead. Overall, a great value for money hotel which has everything you need and surpasses many expectations, particularly in what is included in All-inclusive.

Rooms are beds only and bathroom no separate rooms for kids, facilities good staff welcoming, good choice of food and location ideal , would recommend booking early flights as check outs are 10.30 and there is no guest changing shower facilities

Brilliant location and fairly priced 4 star hotel. Facilities were clean and pleasant to the eye. Food was outstanding and the bed was comfy. Very family orientated hotel.

Pour your own pint if you are all inclusive which was a brilliant touch to prevent queuing for drinks.

Only downside was loud guests but overall brilliant hotel!

Mercedes and Judith I've been wonderful with my grandchildren they have had an absolute ball at children's disco and the children's club

Very nice place, every day was small party or attraction for children's, great restaurant and food. Unfortunately we got old rooms and we can change for refurbished. In first 3 floors they have nice blue and white rooms. Swimming pool is small and shallow but has warm water and a lot of sun bads. Big advantage of hotel is cleanliness, every day our room was perfect cleaned. Another good thing is nice balcony. Hotel has good location, 15 min to biggest beach, a lot of shops in nearest street.
