PortAventura Hotel Lucy's Mansion

We had an incredible stay and the service was top-notch! Javier at the reception made us feel so welcome, and Carmen and Irene from the restaurant provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel like VIPs. We truly felt at home and can't wait to come back soon!

We had a wonderful holiday at Lucy's Mansion. From the moment we checked in we were made extremely welcome and felt very special to be staying there. The staff are so attentive and friendly, and the perks provided by this hotel really did make this our best visit yet to this resort. Hopefully we can come back again soon.

Amazing service, very friendly staff, and cozy rooms. The staff makes you feel so welcomed. We were 4 in one family room (30 m2). However, the room was well designed, and we didn't feel like it was too crowded even though we had three big bags.
All the staff were very friendly and considerate, but a special thanks to Maria in the reception and Ragab for their amazing hospitality and help.
The whatsapp support service to guests also made us feel cared for at all times during our stay.

We've booked 2 nights with a full-board option in this hotel. What can I say.... It is nothing short from magnificent!
- The hotel personnel was extremely attentive for all of our requests and very helpful.
- The room was great: Air-conditionning is adjustable, toilet and showers were magnificent, cleanliness was spot on. We've also had extra towels for the swimming pool. The one thing I probably wish they provided were the bathrobes, it would have been a really nice extra.
- We've had a lunch option in PortAventura restaurants (30€/day credit per person via QR codes), or in the Restaurant hotel.
- Dinner and breakfast were exclusively served in the Hotel restaurant. Food quality was exceptionnal, the attention to detail was something I appreciated.
- Thanks to the reservation in this hotel, we've got infinite access - for all the 3 days we've been in - to both PortAventura and Ferrari Land parks. And not just that, we've also got the equivalent of 'Express Unlimited' for both parks! That included unlimited express access to attractions like Shambala, Dragon Khan, Street Mission and Red Force. This made our experience in the PortAventura pretty much perfect, given the very long waiting times on the second day of visit. All we've had to do was show the wristband with the hotel name + our hotel card and we would get access to the 10 + 5 attractions listed in the PortAventura and Ferrari Land express passes, infinitely.

Having said that, the price per day remains super expensive even for a 5 stars hotel, but given all the perks we've got, I can understand it is well justified.

Will I do this again? If I decide to ever go back to PortAventura park, this hotel is where I'll be staying.

Everything about our stay was great and it was all down to the staff. It means listing every single staff member, because they were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful. Amazing hotel and food lovely service throughout stay.

I’ve been wanting to stay at Hotel Mansión de Lucy since I last visited PortAventura back in 2014. The hotel itself is beautifully themed, and it fits perfectly in the Gold River area. As soon as you walk in the entrance, you feel like you could have stepped back in time.

We were checked in by the wonderful Lucita, who was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything that was included and also arranged all our tickets for our stay. She made us feel very welcome and even arranged a welcome glass of Cava.

Included with the room package during summer 2023 was;

- Entry to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land for the full duration of the stay.

- Early ride time on their new Uncharted roller coaster from 8:30am until 10:30am (as well as a few other rides in the Far West area).

- Unlimited Premium Express Pass wristbands for both PortAventura World and Ferrari Land during the entire stay.

- A welcome drink, as well as an evening drink and snacks between 7pm and 8pm.

- A la carte breakfast in a private dining room just for hotel guests.

The hotel room was not to my usual taste but was themed very well, and featured comfortable beds, a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and Rituals toiletries. They also put a small box of chocolates in the room during turndown service which was a lovely touch. My only slight criticism is it would have been nice to turn the air-con lower than 21 degrees, as it didn’t feel quite cold enough.

We used the hotel pool during our stay, which was only for hotel guests. It was nice and peaceful, and although it wasn’t the biggest pool, it was a lovely place to spend an hour.

PortAventura is a fantastic theme park (you can see my separate review for the park itself on my profile) but I would say that during the summer months the Premium Express Passes are an absolute must, as the park gets very long queues.

Alongside the hotel experience and the theme parks, the staff really shone through, with both the reception and the concierge being amazing throughout our visit. If you’re arriving or departing by train, they even arrange a shuttle to the station for you.

There is no denying that it isn’t a cheap experience, but it was booked for a treat and all the additional extras and perks that came along with the room made it great value for money.

When I come back to PortAventura I will 100% be booking a stay at Hotel Mansión de Lucy. The rooms, the perks and the staff were absolutely superb.

I spent two days at Lucy's Mansion back in June 2021.
Prior to this, I had stayed at other hotels in the park and have also stayed at other ones since then.
This hotel is by far the best one.
The rooms are better (bigger room, bigger bed, bigger bathroom), the private pool is amazing, the restaurant is great and decent quality for a theme park hotel, the staff is incredible kind and polite, and all the little details add up to a much enjoyable experience.
On top of all this, you get (or got) the express pass included in the price.
It's definitely worth the extra euros in comparison to the other hotels.

Simply The best hotel in Port Aventura!
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are fully equipped and nice-looking.
The fact that you get premium express for port aventura 'and' Ferrari land makes the stay so worth it.
We have been to literally all port aventura hotels several times, but this one is the best so far.

I had read some fairly negative and critical reviews of this hotel saying it was noisy, the walls were too thin and it wasn't 5 star standard. Well unless you're staying in the heart of a major city like London or Paris and are comparing it to some of the very best hotels in the world then you won't be disappointed with this little gem. It has a lovely quiet private pool area, large spacious bedrooms, an intimate dining experience and wonderful staff. The food is also very good. You get free express wrist bands included throughout your stay, which is worth hundreds of euros and saves you an amazing amount of time in the queues. There is free access to Ferrari Land, which would be €15 each otherwise, and discounted tickets to the water park. If all this doesn't add up to 5 stars I don't know what does. Be realistic with your expectations and you'll have a wonderful time here!

The room was lovely and all meals were of extremely high quality.

From around 7pm, a selection of drinks including cava is freely available along with various canapés.

The entire resort is very well themed and we appreciated the ‘cowboy’ music played in the background throughout the day

I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a stay at PortAventura.

This is the most expensive, five star hotel if the wild west themed hotels. The quality is clearly superior in both decoration, service and amenities. The hotel has its own private pool, restaurant and laundry service. Compared to the Callaghan, the rooms are bigger, particularly the bathroom. We had bedroom for four and the bathroom had separate bath and walk in shower, and a bidet.

Great Hotel close to the Far West in Port Aventura. The tickets for Port Aventura are included wth the room (both the day of check in and check out). It has its own swimming pool. The service is excellent and our room was quite large. The only weak point was the auxiliary bed: it is not as comfortable as the double bed, but it is good enough (it is a convertible sofa that it is prepared by the room service).
