We were doing the Santiago way, and we ground this place, there is no words to describe our experience, absolutely amazing.

Our dinner was totally amazing, from beginning to end! First we started with a lobster cold salad and then had lenguado with potatoes. Our wine was exquisite and the dessert delicious! Highly recommend but make a reservation!

Kind and attentive service. Great food. A little more expensive but the scallops were worth it. More of a fancy / casual restaurant, but they served me outside on the terrace with my sweaty Camino gear.

Dinner here was outstanding. The quality of the seafood was excellent and it was well prepared. Our waiters were knowledgeable and very accommodating. On the table we’re two slices of manchego cheese and salted and marinated black olives (which were divine). We had the burrata salad with two different kinds of tomato topped with a basil tomato infused olive oil; next, pan cooked clams (which were smoky and plump, deliciously cooked n their own juices) then local crabs (though they were not female and did not have any roe because it’s not the season) they were sweet and plump and delicious; finally we shared a grilled sole which is fileted at the table and served with a green salad and boiled potatoes. Perfectly cooked. Would definitely go again.

Great food, great service!

This restaurant is spectacular!! We have been traveling in Galicia and have been coming to the region for years. I want to specifically say that Andres our attendant was incredible, polite, and just absolutely courteous. We had caldo gallego, salads, rodaballo and ternera. I highly recommend the desert that has ojaldre and cream. You must try the mojito after dinner drink it is not a traditional cocktail 🍹. This is a nice restaurant, no cargo shorts with 15 pockets, no flip flops, no tommy Bahama floral shirts or teva sandals with velcro straps. It is casual nice attire like most people dress in Europe when dining. Best restaurant in Pontevedra.

Queríamos comer marisco y lo conseguimos. Las ostras y los camarones estaban muy ricos.

También comimos bogavante que estaba muy bien preparada. Están frescos y vivos en un acuario a la entrada del restaurante.

El servicio es muy atento y amable.

Los precios están un poco por encima del promedio. Pero es el que se paga por la calidad y el buen servicio.

Para mí gusto lo mejor de Pontevedra, producto de 10, servicio de 11 y comida en general muy buena, ostras y lo que más me gustó fueron las Vieiras como las que preparan sin duda merece la pena volver

El martes pasado acudí con mi mujer al restaurante y fue una experiencia perfecta. Buena comida y atención maravillosa.
No teníamos programado acudir a Pontevedra,pero como el tiempo en Portonovo estuvo malo decidimos dar un paseo por la bonita ciudad de Pontevedra y después de buscar encontramos el excelente restaurante Casa Román. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por el trato y la calidad.Pronto volveremos que desde Asturias nos queda relativamente cerca.

Llegamos tarde a comer y sin reserva ; nos acoplaron y atendieron muy amablemente . En cuánto a la comida , posiblemente haya comido pocas cigalas como aquellas ; el salpicón de bogavante , las navajas y la merluza rebozada estuvieron espectaculares De postre una milhojas y una tarta de queso de altísimo nivel . Todo ello por un precio muy razonable considerando la calidad .

Entramos sin reserva y tuvimos suerte de encontrar mesa.
Nos dejamos aconsejar por el camarero y fue todo un acierto, tanto en la comida como con el vino, comimos de auténtico lujo, muy bueno todo. De postre pedimos una tarta de queso con helado de café absolutamente deliciosa. El servicio espectacular, muy atentos y amables, el sitio es un lugar muy acogedor.
La verdad que ha sido uno de los mejores sitios de los que he comido en toda Galicia.
