Carrefour

Thank you very much Paula (402) from Electro Domesticos Department. Carrefour couldn't ask for more from you. You made our shopping experience wonderful. You were sympathetic, you made us feel listened to, you were naturally kind, you were superbly accommodating and you were very knowledgeable. In fact, we were about to leave without buying a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Interestingly, our measurement for the dishwasher was only 83 cm height but all the available dishwashers were 84.50 cm so we asked if the dishwasher cover could be removed and the first staff said no. That was a lost purchase for Carrefour if only we trusted her response but we were lucky to ask Paula, just to make sure and she said confidently that the cover could be removed without any problem so we don't have to worry about it not fitting in our kitchen.

Actually, this 5 star is just because of Paula, not because of the whole staff of Carrefour which of course can learn from her.

It is very hard to find someone like you in Pontevedra, Paula or maybe even in Spain. Carrefour, you gotta take care of her.

Great hypermarket, huge range, excellent value ... Tech prices and range superb, and we got a cooked chicken for 3 euro that fed 2 people

For me, the best carrefour store in the Pontevedra province. It uses to be clean, ordered and the nice staff. The electronic section of the store is so complete with a lot of stock there.

Great shopping...lots of choice, reasonable prices and very helpful staff. Well worth visiting.

Le doy 5 estrellas a Paula de la sección de electrodomésticos. Aún con el caos generado por el plan Renove, su atención fue súper correcta y cordial. Persona muy eficaz en su trabajo.

Quedamos encantados por el trato a la hora de comprar nuestra inducción y la profesionalidad con la que nos atendió Belén, muy rápida la gestión del plan Renove.

Es un pequeño centro comercial que sábado aguantar el tiempo, lo más importante es el carrefour, el cual tiene de todo,tiene pequeñas tiendas que le dan un pequeño extra.
Da un buen servicio en líneas generales.

Muy buenos precios. El 2x1 con precios muy buenos. El personal de 10. Todos dandolo todo en una época tan movida como las fiestas. Las máquinas de autopago funcionan fenomenal y te ahorra largas filas y esperas. Tienen polovorones sin gluten. Ir con paciencia y tiempo.

Quedamos encantados con el trato de Belén que nos atendió en la zona de electrodomésticos, en la compra de una placa de inducción. Volveremos seguro.
