“Puerto de Navacerrada” Ski Station

First time to go in this place early in the morning to avoid to much crowd and to get parking area.. It was exciting and the station place has a perfect coffee shops (a must especially this winter) everything is perfect EXCEPT very long que for public toilets "literrally you need to be patient to wait for your turn both male or female toilet"..

Amazing the snow everything we follow atrail ans saw rocks and beautiful landscapes higly recommended.

Loved it because we saw snow at a relatively low sea level of 2500 m and felt great being close to Madrid

Beautiful place to go skiing, snowboarding or just for a walk in the mountains. Winter time sees a lot of snow. Be warned though at busy times of the year the roads come to a stand still with all the cars going up to the ski station, so allow a good amount of time to get there, leave really early if you can as it took us just over 2 hours to drive approximately 6 miles up the mountain to the top.

Just a hour from Madrid, great family place to enjoy the views and the snow

Pro tip: if it's possible, review how much snow spessor you will have the day I f your visit, more snow, more softer the falls 🙈

What a beautiful place to visit. Amazing views, still with a lot of preserved wood and not expensive. Just 1 hour away from Madrid.
The only problem is, it can get very very crowded during The weekends. Strongly recommended The visit.

Really nice view. Ideal for a walk with kids you can also take the chairlift to arrive at the top of the mountain. In winter enjoy the snow there ! The only inconvenient: full of people during the weekend

Super enjoy and beautiful view

It was a lovely experience. Better check the weather forecast though. It was cloudy and snowing and we couldn't get to the intended destination because of the lack of visibility. Recommended to have a good time with kids playing in the snow.
