We would like to say a very big ‘Thank You’ for the smooth delivery for our 7 days Camino Walk. The bags arrived in all the 7 hotels ( 9 bags in total ) and on time.
The team will double confirm all the hotels before we start our trip. I even added another bag 2 days before we start the service and it was confirmed immediately.

My wife and I did the camino in April this year and we had partnered up with Tuitrans for our luggage transport. We didn't know the company but from the 1st email correspond the service and communications with the company were great and we had full confidence it would all work out. Well I can see that everything worked like clockwork. My wife and I just completed 10 days on the Portugese Coastal Camino. We used Tuitrans for all stages.
They were very professional and timely on all stages. It was great arriving each day at our accommodation and see our bags waiting for us. Particularly good on the wet days.
Tuitrans were also very good and prompt in responding to any queries via email and Watsap.
We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering using them.

Started from’Porto to Santiago de Compostela and after three days felt that my back pack was too heavy to carry in the heat. I contacted Tuitrans via their WhatsApp and they arranged to collect and deliver my rucksack at the accommodations I had organised. When these accommodations did not have an area where bags could be received, Tuitrans offered alternative places in albergues or bars nearby. Efficient and Super Supportive for My First Camino!!!

As a single woman planning to walk the Camino Portuguese for the first time, I didn't trust myself to manage 2 weeks of hiking with just a backpack. It was a good thing because of the heavy rains and muggy weather that didn't allow me to wash or dry my clothes (especially my socks!) daily.
Besides needing dry clothes, I was able to leave my kindle, charger cables (being able to charge during
the hikes was limited if at all!), ointments and some emergency snacks in case there were no stores or I was too tired/pained to go out and have dinner! I made use of this for half of my trip :/
Beyond all that, I was able to use my backpack to carry lots of water, oranges and bananas to get me through the long treks in the high heat. My backpack was a comfortable 6-7kg, and I was prepared for the rain, ready for the 30+ Celsius (80+ F) heat, and walking 10km (6 miles) without finding one open store to buy water or a snack!!

I enjoyed my hikes, got the challenge of carrying my own backpack, was able to enjoy a good read on my kindle in the evenings and didn't have to worry about having dry socks or hiking shoes after a heavy rainfall in order to avoid those blasted blisters:/

Tuitrans also helped guide me to the locations that offered easy access to the camino trail. There are many hotsels and hotels but not all of them are close by!
I plan to go on the camino portuguese again next year and have included Tuitrans as part of my trip :)

The Tuitrans service worked perfectly. From pre-Camino planning and communications through email through the actual execution of timely and careful luggage transfer. We will return to the Camino de Santiago at some point, and we will absolutely use Tuitrans again.

Tuitrans picked up our extra luggages in Porto and delivered them to our Santiago hotel at the end of our Camino as promised. We didn’t have to worry about them while doing the Camino!

My husband was hesitant to give up his pack, but Tuitrans a great job.We said goodbye to our bags in the morning and they would magically show up exactly where they’re supposed to be with no hitches. I struggled a bit with the website getting it scheduled, but I think that was all on me.

I absolutely recommend this transport service. They were very easy to communicate with when planning our trip and their prices are very reasonable. Tuitrans was AMAZING!!!!!! I contacted them before I left to Europe. They answered my many questions prompt and patiently. I needed my suitcase transported from Porto to Santiago and then stored in Santiago while I walked the Camino. I brought my suitcase to a central place in Porto, 10 minutes walk to where my apartment in Porto was downtown. The check-in was super easy. When I got to Santiago 18 days later, my suitcase was safe and sound in my room in my hotel . Everything was wonderful and I thought the price was very reasonable. I also loved, that I was able to pay with credit card. Thank you soooo much . Everything was 100%. I will use Tuitrans again in the future.

Thank you so much Tuitrans for a great service. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to tell others of this great value service. We did the Camino Portuguese coastal route. Our luggage was at each destination every day before we arrived. We highly recommend this excellent service.

We used Tuitrans completely at our Camino Portuguese da Costa
in Oct. 2023. In preparation we have done the order of all the guest houses and hotels during the tour and accordingly the baggage transfer by Tuitrans. The transfer was very good, no delay happened and even the forgotten pyjama in one of the hotels was transferred to the next accomodation. The communication was very good. We will use Tuitrans in any case again and recommend to others.

Outstanding service - €75 to collect my suitcase from Porto, and I gave a specified date two weeks later to deliver to Santiago. All went so smoothly, excellent response time to emails. Would definitely use again and I highly recommend.

Tuitrans is outstanding! They pick up a bag weighing <15 kg from your hotel or auberge at 8am & drop it at your next stop before 3pm. Hiking the Camino is challenging without carrying all your stuff (especially in the rain)!

My experience with Tuitrans was perfect. I wrote them before arriving in Portugal and contracted their service. My communications with them were exclusively through email and once they had my list of destinations they scheduled the pickup and drop off points and that was it. We had to leave our luggage where it could be found by 8 a.m. and every day when we arrived at our destination after the day's walk our luggage was waiting for us. One of the places where we had scheduled to stay didn't have the ability to receive our luggage, so the company scheduled for us a very centrally located cafe that received the luggage in that destination. Everything was done without a hitch, without any problems occurring. Transporting the luggage made the Camino much easier for us. And Tuitrans did its task professionally.

Tuitrans are a very reliable company. All our baggage was picked up and delivered on time fir each stage. They made the whole process so easy. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Our group did the Portuguese Camino.

I walked the Camino de Portugues from Porto to Santiago with my uncle in June of this year. Due to the fact that both of us were continuing to travel after the Camino, we had too much luggage to carry in our packs everyday. We therefore employed Tuitrans, who came highly recommended, to move our lugguage on a daily basis, from town to town, as we walked. They were fantastic!! Brilliant at communicating clearly and frequently, well priced, treated our lugguage wirh great care, never missed a beat. Our luggage was there, ready and waiting at every hostel, even when we arrived early at our accommodation at 12:30pm, our lugguage was already there. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They took all the weight, and all the stress out of our lugguage!!
